Do not order from this wingstop!! Made an online order with them, but promptly had to cancel do to a change of plans. When calling the store, one of the associates said 'it was already cancelled' which does not make any sense why they would cancel it and they never did! They never refunded my money and I haven't gotten a word back from them.

SLOW SERVICE. as I am writing this I have been waiting for my food for 30 mins. We sat there for 10 minutes in front of the register waiting for our order to be taken whilst the two younger men were on their phones, looked at us, and continued to talk and be on the phone.

First time there, waited over 40 mins for 20 wings. One set came out fine, next set we asked for only flats, additional charge $1.00 fine we paid. Got home only to find boneless wings and not even the flavor we asked for. Very disappointing.

Would very much be 0 stars if possible every time there is something wrong with my order wether it’s pick up or delivery, fries not cooked all the way , food missing , or rude employees.. seems like no one wants to work here. Just received a bag drenching in grease .. why give out a bag like that? You pay for extra things and you don’t get it.. worst Wingstop location I’ve been too so far. There is always an item missing from my Wingstop order. ridiculous

We ordered to go and when we got home and started to eat the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil and were not completely done. Some of the wings were rotten, undercooked and had to be thrown out. It was disgusting and disappointing for the price we paid. Do not recommend.

First time trying wingstop and I have to say, it was actually not that bad. I ordered the garlic parm tenders with voodoo fries and a buffalo chicken sandwich. Food was very good. The guy taking my order, can’t remember his name, it started with a “T”, but he was very kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

Lol ...My daughter and I drove 54 min in the rain cuz she was craving wingstop.. sooooo worth it! Food was delicious (we ordered the 8 piece tender meal to split and added a cajun corn) and the girl behind the counter was the sweetest! They were super busy but she was kind and courteous to each customer.. after we cleaned our table to get ready to leave she called me up to the front and asked if we liked wings and gave us an online order that nobody came to pick up! So for about 25$ we walked out of there with full bellies and lunch for the next day!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I cannot express how much I am thankful for this wingstop location and especially mrs tee♥️ they were so kind and the food was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to settle for KFC or another chicken wing joint an absolute pleasure will def be a regular from now on!!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Went to pick up my delivery order and was watching the employees make my food after notifying them. A male employee was touching my food with his BARE HANDS and LICKING the sauce from my wings off his fingers. I called him out and told him to immediately throw away my food. THAT IS UNSANITARY AND JUST OUT RIGHT GROSS

Edit: apparently they have new staff. The manager was very cool. It's unacceptable that whatever employee did what they did but some people weren't raised right. I'll give them a chance again at some point. Well wishes to them I suppose.These guys have been phoning it in on delivery for a long time. Forgetting ranch all the time is one thing but this time I ordered garlic parm and there's barbecue sauce on there wings. Like they threw em in sauce, washed them off and tried to cover it up? Disgusting
