Service is awesome / people are very friendly. Everything is wheelchair accessible, so that was nice. I based the food off of multiple visits. most of the time they get my order correct and it tastes good but there are times where they seriously mess it up and forget important ingredients.

This place is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY from the ceiling vents to the touch screens the tables chairs, Tv's, you name it. The young kid who spoke no English was rude and didn't give us what we wanted, and what we did get was stale.HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN!!STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

To anyone giving this place under 4 stars, please get a grip. I saw the bad reviews and went in with an open mind. There was construction going on which could be annoying to some but overall the young men working the front were so incredibly kind. People need to keep in mind that these are minimum wage workers that are most likely getting treated poorly by the public. The only issue I had is that they were out of the only donut I like, but the young man was quick to fix it and found something else I liked just as much. Kindness goes far! and I guarantee most of these workers would fix any issues with your order if you went up to them kindly and asked. Thanks to all the workers here that are probably putting up with things above their pay grade!!!

This Dunkin Donuts is pretty bad. The service is slow. Today, a new promotion began where you get a free donut with purchase on Wednesday. While I was there, 3 people were missing the donuts with their order. And then the donut we did receive were from Halloween, so thanks for the old donut, Dunkin.

They supposed close at nine! And it's 8:12 and they are close! Like whyyyyyyy?!!!!They even don't close the store they just put a box in front the door so you can't opened it!

Had to drive back twice for them to make my medium coffee an actual medium coffee. My coffee was literally filled halfway, and they did it that way three times without fixing the issue. So they ended up giving me both the half coffees to make one whole coffee. Very disappointed and would never return to this location.
