I had a cake made at Louie’s for my birthday party at Hotel Bethlehem. It was delivered when promised and the chocolate cake with raspberry mousse was fantastic! Also decorated perfectly as per my request.

We used to get cakes at Louie's. No issues, always pleased with them. But the past 2 yrs. things changed. I ordered a vanilla cake for my husband, they did a chocolate, and he hates chocolate. I stopped ordering over a year ago, almost 2, and went elsewhere. As an emergency, I ordered a cake. My daughter's birthday. I gave them choices, she's a teenager. The cake overall, tasted ok. But the decorations were"plain" a few roses and 2 small lacrosse sticks. Then, after we cut it, I guess the bottom layer wasn't leveled. The top layer split and slid off the bottom. Very disappointing. When I first went to pick it up at my designated time, I had to wait. Made me wonder: did they just throw together a cake last minute, and I paid almost $40 for an 8in round? Very unhappy and disappointed.

Ordered a Rainbow Friends cake for my sons 6th birthday. Was not disappointed, they knocked it out of the park. The cake was moist and the icing was perfect, not overly sweet. 10/10 would recommend.

This is probably the best bakery bar-none outside of any town I've ever been to in my life. The staff is absolutely genuine and wonderful and kind and I would go here every day of the week if I could to eat but they don't serve restaurant style typically. They cater and do big events and they have a wonderful atmosphere and the people there are absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend Louie's Bakery!! My humblest regards, k.david

We used Louie's for our recent wedding. We had a great experienceand loved our wedding cake! We got to try a lot of different cakes, icing, and filling flavors during the tasting which were all delicious. We opted for a large sheet cake and a small cutting cake. The cakes were very affordable, but most importantly tasted great! Many guests raved about how good the cake was!

Cupcakes were okay, cookies were flat and ugly. This bakery was my third choice and it was disappointing to say the least. Ordered on the phone and when I arrived they had issues finding my order. Also 2 doz cupcakes and 1 doz cookies were over $100.

Bought our wedding cupcakes and a top tier for us to cut. Everything was really good! The apple pie cupcakes were gone in a flash! Cannolies were delicious and I normally make my own. Our top tier on our cake stand was almond with a smooth and silky nova whipped frosting in a middle outside was butter cream in a royal blue with a crisscross pattern and little white candy balls at the points. We couldn't have been happier with our cakes and the customer service we got (I made several change along the way).
Great bakery! Friendly service, I ordered 2 different cakes for my daughter's first birthday and they both came out beautifully and exactly as I wanted. They were delicious too.

We spent 45 minutes designing a cake with them. We brought pictures of cakes and specifically described what we expected. It was to be a cake with flowers cascading down the side, utilizing both sugar flowers and icing flowers. We got none of that. We paid way to much for what we got.

we ordered a very specific cake, spent 45 minutes describing what we wanted, brought pictures and got none of the things we asked for. The owner did not accept responsibility for the mishap and certainly didn't offer to make it right. we paid way too much for what we could have purchased at our local Weis.
