Nice sports bar...they serve bar food...2 bars in one spot, one, smoking & the other non-smoking...they also have a pool table...fun place to go to w/ friends...

I would stop in about once a week because its convenient, but after consecutively getting terrible service and a hair in my food last night, I will no longer be going here. Yesterday after eating about half a plate of my nachos, I noticed a hair inside the cheese sauce and told the waitress. She took the plate to the kitchen, came back out and rung me out. No offer to replace the food, dock the amount off the bill or anything! Not a word! I paid and left, but will never be returning. Last week, I was literally the only person in the entire bar, there were two pregnant bartenders, who sat on their phones the entire time. I could see that my food was ready (kitchen light outside the door was on) but they had to finish up looking at their phones to bring my food out, that was a good 5 minutes. Neither one of them asked to replenish my water or beer or checked in at all while I sat there. Again, absolutely terrible service and will not be returning.

I normally go on Wednesday, but this day I decided to go on a Friday. Neither of the bartenders acknowledge me or my guest when we sat down. One of the bartenders bypassed us and went straight to another person that walked up to the bar after us. When I mentioned it to her, her excuse was oh she was already here. Doesn’t matter, could have acknowledged us and said I’ll be right with you but instead mumble to someone else and said “I’m not the one”. Definitely need to get some better bartenders with better attitudes!!
