*04/14/24 around 7:30pm*The gentlemen that took my order was very kind and helpful, didn’t catch his name. I believe there were only 2 people working behind the counter, God bless them. I used to work as a manager at Wendy’s so I feel for them, they definitely deserve a raise. Anyway they did an excellent job.

This location is terribly at filling orders correctly. Twice I ordered BACON double cheeseburgers and both times they didn't give us bacon and the last time they only gave us one patty. I lost $2 just on this lady order. The person making the orders was a woman with dirty blonde hair. She needs retrained.

I can't share much about an experience at this location for the simple fact that everything that was placed through the mobile app was not accepted. Every item that was a pickup only item said it was not available at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spots with location outside of entrance.

Stopped in at this specific location. Went through the drive thru. At the window, I paid and One of your employees not sure of his name as he didn’t have a name tag trying to get my number. I didn’t know this was a place to hook up with guests. You better check on your employees. Also, you guys put way too much salt on your fries. Fix your issues!

This was the last lication in central pa worthy of me spending my $$.Congratulations you have now reached the level of all bks in the area. My last 2 visits were disappointing .Most recently being tild ny a mngr prior to 11 pm well we actually close at 1055 when it was 1056, the next previous visit my food was wrong and you wouldnt answer your phone when i called , probably cause you knew you screwed up.I can promise you there will not be a 3rd disappoinment . This location like all others in central pa will NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME OUT OF MY POCKET

Food is very good and hot when served. Nice surprise. Whopper was just right!But, like many restaurants, not enough staff. I was behind a couple who already were waiting 5 minutes.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I ordered a kids burger meal, 4pc nugget & my own meal. Their printing machine wasn’t working & said I never ordered a meal. Shouldn’t expect anything more from fast food workers. Reprint the damn receipt, idiots.

Drive thru is always slow, even when there are only 3 cars in line and one car in the parking lot. The shake machine is "not working" AT LEAST 30% of the time. It's either the worst machine ever or the employees don't like to use it so they don't need to clean it. Food is good BK food but the service needs a lot of work.

I ordered to eat in the restaurant. I waited 45 minutes and they hadn't even started my order. Customers after me received their food, are and left. I wás there for a quick bite as I was visiting family in the hospital. I had to cancel my order and get a refund. The staff said they were sorry and they weren't sure what happened.

The employees are very dull sounding and can't take an order right. We placed a 40 dollar mobile and they gave the wrong thing. We went through the drive through and they gave the wrong thing again after saying they saw the correct thing on the reciept. There were only 4 people ordering the whole 40 mins we were there and they acted like they were busy.

I was there. It was total chaos in the restaurant. There were only 2 employees in the store, and anyone that knows anything about a fast food store it is near impossible to do that . Cars were lined up at drive thru. This was at approx 5:30 . It was horrible also. The tomatoes that were on my sandwiches they were green. It was a horrible experience and I feel I spent good money for nothing
