One waitress was kind but clearly way too busy while the other was unwelcoming.But my bigger concern is that all of our food came at different times. We didn't eat as a family. I had finished my wings before my wife even got hers which she had to ask for.Getting service was generally hit or miss and slow. But again the waitress helping us was clearly overwhelmed.Food was ok. We got an order of hot wings, which were mild at best. Fries were good but couldn't get any ketchup. Pizza was ok, not my style.From a first impression I'd probably not go back.

Jigsy's has the best wings in the area hands down! I don't know how they are not more well known for them. The mild sauce is not your typical but it is delicious. So so good. The pizza is also top notch. Light and fluffy with so much good gooey cheese. Yum!

Jigsy's Traditional Red Old Forge Pizza is better than any, and I mean any, pizza we've ever had. It is light, not greasy, flavorful, and has REAL cheese on it...not that rubbery tasteless stuff that all of the other pizza places use. We always get the 15 cut to ensure we have leftovers. Coupled with a cold brewsky, or maybe a nice glass of wine, it is a fabulous meal. If celebrating, the chocolate peanut butter cup martini is almost heaven. BTW, if you're not into craft beer...they also have Yingling Lager (local fav). So if you want to eat a healthier and yet more delicious pizza...this is your place!

We picked Jigsy's BrewPub and Restaurant for the location because they have recently added a new lounge downstairs. Their lounge is such a great addition to the restaurant! It was the perfect spot for our party! We had some friends who wanted to watch basketball and some friends who like games of chance so it was great entertainment for everyone invited. There was plenty of space for mingling and there were plenty of tables to sit, relax and enjoy the food. Speaking of food, the menu they handpicked for our group was fantastic! We had a variety of pizza, wings, Stromboli and their epic Antipasto salad. Our server Serenity did an amazing job keeping up with all our craft beer lovers and the owners are always super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for a date, family dinner and definitely a private party!

It was clear from the beginning that our server was a little overwhelmed. The table next to us got up and walked out because they were waiting too long. That being said, the pizza was worth the wait. This is a great example of Old Forge style pizza you simply don't find anywhere else in this part of the state. Don't sleep on the wings, which are also very good. The house brewed beers are just ok. Cocktails excellent. Would definitely come back, maybe during a less busy hour.

Pizza is good if you like the style. Wings were decent. The beer is trash - Double IPA tasted like bud light. Don't bother with the "Happy Hour" - it's restricted to the ghastly lounge located in the basement, and is severely understaffed. Ambience can best be described as "Grandpa's basement rec room meets bus station." Service was so bad, we were there for over two hours and managed to place exactly one drink order with our server. Eventually we had to go upstairs to the bar to get drinks, for which we were charged full price. We won't be back.

Jigsy’s Catering prepared the luncheon after my mother’s memorial service. Everything was ready on time, well packaged and delicious. Great choice when you need to feed a large group. Lots of compliments on the food. Thanks Jigsy’s!Vegetarian options: Vegetable lasagna and salads were great.

Stopped into this place because I was visiting the area with my son. We had a fantastic time, the staff was excellent, welcoming, and the food was very good. Got stuck in the snow storm but they do have an outdoor patio and good parking.Kid-friendliness: There are a bunch of kids that were there because there was a small party, the only downside was the parents don't control their children. The kids were running all over the place willy-nilly behind the bar and everything else and it was not well handled by the parents
