Server was great. Food was good but sausage gravy wasn't. Thought it was very expensive for 2 people.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! waited an extra 15 + minutes for my food just to get it cold !! nothing was cooked right either besides a few things! To top everything off before I even got the order I tried asking a young girl I saw working and you can just tell as I asked for her help she was judging me! Then she walked off and started laughing with one of her other young employees which I didn’t find anything funny, normally when you see someone walk in you’re restaurant looking unaware of where to go and pick up certain things you direct them “ hello, how can I help you today sir “ not just stand there and stare at me like I’m doing something wrong it was literally my first time ever ordering and stepping foot from this location and it will most definitely be my last! Never again , and I’d recommend spending you’re hard earn working money else where folks, happy saint patty’s day, ??Parking: It was honestly pretty packed for a place that lacked being actually good..

Food and service were standard Bob Evans, no complaints there. But someone emptied their intestines into the women’s restroom and apparently it simmered in there for a few hours from the look and … aroma. -2/10, would not poop here again.

Decent family style chain restaurant.Staff are attentive and nice. I did go when it was particularly nonbusy since the super bowl was going on.Food was pretty good. We got the value dinner combos. The fish was surprisingly good and actually seasoned, a rarity among chain American places. Whoever is cooking at this location seems to have a good idea how to make their existing items work well.Prices are acceptable, especially in a time of rising prices everywhere. Drinks seem a bit expensive at 2.50+ for anything, but that's probably a sign of the times.Would consider going again. Unfortunately there's a number of local restaurants in Erie that serve the same purpose, but this Bob Evans makes a compelling case to be a reasonable destination.Word of caution, the water costs 1.50$. It says it on the menu but I doubt most people would assume to check that.Dietary restrictions: If you're pork free, watch out as a number of items have pork such as the green beans or gravy.Parking: Decent large lot. Don't try to get out of the parking lot going left though, it would be difficultKid-friendliness: Seems very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Open pathways around restaurant.

The food was absolutely stunning the first time I went in, but when I placed a pickup order and came in 3 minutes early, the meal was already prepared, which although convenient, is probably the reason why the food wasn't too fresh. The hashbrowns were undercooked and the bacon was clearly thrown under a heat lamp or microwave. The hotcakes were still really nice though. The restaurant is great and has amazing service - just needs a little more love for the pickups

One of the worst food I have ever tasted. The restaurant was almost empty and the food was horrible. The biscuits were hard and old. The waiter said she couldn't give us fresh biscuits because those were 30 minutes old. The sausages were burned and the inside was raw. The potato soup was nasty the potatoes were raw. The eggs had a funny taste. The pancakes were raw in the middle. I spent about $70.00 there and will never go again. I told the waiter and she didn't care. The waiter was too busy talking to a gentleman that works there. I was there on 10/17/23 about 7pm. I always go to the Bob Evens on peach st. Never again will I visit this restaurant. At the entrance there was an employee smoking right next to the entrance doors. It was a terrible experience for me and my family. No management present and if there was they didn't care. I hope nobody has to go through something like this.

Food took extremely long & what food we were served, was burnt & cold. Never once received a refill on coffee, even after being there for an hour, or the toast that was ordered to go with one of the meals. Just not very impressed at all.
