No stars here my husband went today to get the whopper jr's at the drivethru and was told sorry sir we only have chicken today. What arn't you BURGER KING?Parking: Does not matter and we didn't spend any money and I would not recommend this BK ever!

NEGATIVE STARS. I only received 8 out of 15 items. I ordered the Ultimate Wrap Bundle but did not receive the two small fries. I ordered a Whopper Jr. Meal but did not receive the onion rings or the drink. I ordered Mozzarella Sticks and a large onion ring but did not receive either of them. I ordered chicken nuggets but also didn't receive those. I asked for honey mustard, zesty sauce, and marinara sauce but ended up with 3 Buffalo sauces, not that it matters considering I didn't get any of the fries or onion rings that I ordered. I contacted the dasher, who advised me to contact the store. The store employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was told by the store that they have no idea what order I was referring to even though I only placed the order 20 minutes prior. It was 11 pm on a Wednesday night, so I can't imagine they were very busy. The store employee told me that I needed to contact doordash to get the food I was missing. Doordash advised me that I would need to contact the store for a refund. I attempted to contact the store 50 times, but they would not answer the phone. NEVER again, will I order from this store. How do you forget 7 items on an order?! And then have the nerve to get an attitude with the customer?! Absolute trash.

How hard is it to get the order right? A fully loaded breakfast sandwich has Black Forest ham, bacon and sausage on it and they forgot the most important part: the sausage. They always messing up.

Why do these fast food places keep hiring miserable human beings!? When someone shows you respect and says thank you, and you respond with a shoulder shrug and mumble ok! You're showing that you shouldn't work with people! Burger King, please quit hiring these trashy people! They kill your business!

Sheesh! This bk where do I begin? I ordered through the drive thru which was quick she gave me the total and told me to pull up to the second window okay... Soon as she opens the window it smelled like pure marijuana! Then tells me 3 different prices soon as I hand her my change she says okay a dollar more.. then she said you still owe another few cents ??‍♀️ like the prices kept switching which made me feel really uncomfortable the fact the price that was on the screen I grabbed the money before coming up to the window. Just doesn't make sense. But oh well, received food I pull to the side and this was 6:30 am food was cold and hash browns were so cold not fresh at all! very dry. ??‍♀️Sandwich was cold like it has been made and been sitting there for an hour.i will actually be trying another Burger King next time.

Lady at the drive thru around 8:30pm on dec 18th has a horrible attitude. Should not be the main voice of a store, or main face of a store if she has that much attitude. All I did was pull up to the speaker to immediately be greeted to her nasty horrible attitude.

I have not had anything from Burger King in a very long time and decided to stop and get a Whopper seeing as how it smells like steak even across the street. I was very disappointed by the size of the Patty it was very very thin and dwarfed by the massive amounts of sauce and lettuce. I got a large french fry and a Whopper and it cost me 11 ! For this price I could have got a burger and a sit-down restaurant.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The counter person was beyond rude and bordered on racism as she was fine talking to people of her own color. Ignored myself and my son like we did not even exist. After standing for 5 minutes to order. What I am assuming was a employee customer said she would be with us. The person never said a single word just stood at the register till I said Hi to be friendly which was completely disregarded. After ordering waited at least another 5-10 min to get food which touched several peoples hands as they were taking the frys for our order for drive thru. Which she reclaimed back out of the bags and put them back on our tray. Just the worst experience I have ever had

If I could've left review with no stars I would have. We traveled 2+ hours for emergency to Erie. Store has no clear dine in hours of operation in app or on google. Doors were unlocked and we were denied access to restrooms. Employee was rude and unprofessional because they supposedly weren't open yet even though google said they were with the doors unlocked. Will not be returning to this location again.

I have a 20 group people including 10 kids and I guess they were overwhelmed bc that was a nightmare putting the order after a while finally they gave us the order but of course was wrong we went to ask nicely and the (manager) Jade started screaming and getting attitude and says she is not going to give nothing bc she did it right we reply to her if she want go and check what we missing and she keep yelling no going to give us nothing bc she did it right . I have to pay again for three meals that was the worst experience never againKid-friendliness: They even not offer crowns to our 10 kids
