Today I had the best experience and I did a great thing. The worker who took my mom and is order liked my picture. I felt like she needed something good. When she brought us our food she said she loved my picture. I decided to write you matter never forget and it made her day. I can't stop thinking about how happy she was. Her name was Grace. I pulled up to the drive through and I askedred mcnuggets. Yes, it was an air but the girl who took my order kept saying we don't sell those. I didn't understand I realize now. Mcnuggets pretend to McDonald's, but the representative should never have said. We don't sell these. She knew that I meant nuggets. Chicken mcnuggets, it was very ignorant on her part and it was very offensive, so she should have had better manners. And just say we do have nuggets. Is that what you mean instead of being sarcastic?

Fast drive thru experience, food nice and hot with extra -fila
This was the last fast food restaurant I would have thought that I would give a bad review but here I am! I’ve been to this location twice and had a bad experience both times. The first encounter I ordered a southwest veggie wrap because I’m vegetarian and I’m on my break so I’m in between work and this is the closest to me also a little bit on the healthier side. But when I ordered I guess the guy misheard me and gives me a chicken wrap instead of the veggie wrap. Me not thinking Chick-fil-A got my order wrong I just drive back to work and to open up my bag to a chicken wrap. So I called back immediately , the lady was nice enough to send me coupons in the mail which took forever to get here.I go back and try them again probably weeks later down the line after I finally received my coupons I thought I’ll try to go and redeem them. I go order the same wrap exactly how I always order it. I asked for no tomatoes and this time they told me they were unable to modify my order to have no tomatoes on it which was weird because all the other times that I’ve came to Chick-fil-A I was able to get no tomatoes on my wrap. But Ok whatever, I still order the wrap with the tomatoes on it, it was no big deal the big deal was when I ordered the wrap and go to redeem my coupons they sent me, the coupons were only for chicken items which has no use for me being that I am vegetarian. So the coupons that they sent were no use so I couldn’t even use the coupons. Instead I had had to pay for my meal. I go home all the way home open my wrap up to eat it finally, the wrap was wet and soggy. It literally look like the tomatoes that was on it has been sitting on there all day. I was so disgusted because I don’t even eat tomatoes to begin with I was fine with picking them off but the juice from the tomatoes had leaked all over the rap making the whole wrap soggy and wet. So I immediately called them and explained to them about this and their solution was the same solution from the first time but I explained to the lady that you guys sent me coupons in the mail last time and the coupons were very unuseful because I’m vegetarian and all the coupons that were sent to me were for me were all for Chicken items. she offered to refund me which is fine but that whole experience was just a run around in overall annoying and a bigDisappointment because I had to drive all the way back there just to get my refund as well and not only that I had to find something else to eat because my whole meal was ruined not once but both times on both of these occasions .
Everything I had heard was true, great chicken sandwich and shake!
