Food is good. But this was an absolute joke. This was for my salad. I got a literal syringe drop of vinaigrette. What a joke. I paid for this Atleast fill it up a little more.

The food is great. It's a little intimidating because it's always crowded and when you're going through for your first time you feel pressured. At least that's how I felt. The burrito bowl is the main sale item they have. They could label the toppings for you instead of saying would you like beans would you like salsa cuz there's two or three different kinds of everything. Other than the confusion if you're a regular you should have no problem and I'm sure that once you try their food you will be a regular.

I drove all the way from Lakewood ny to get chipotle and they didn’t even have peppers or onions. I was highly disappointed. The restaurant was filthy if I had more time I would’ve taken pictures.

I ordered delivery.. I added guac and it was not on my bowl.. I also had lettuce on my bowl and it wasn't even on the ingredients that I wanted.. So they added an ingredient and took one off.. The guac was like 3 dollars on delivery.

Placed an online order an hour plus in advance of pickup time. Got to the restaurant at the pick up time waited 20 mins and still no food. Had to leave because I had to go to work. Requested a refund and was told they could not refund me there and I was given an 800# to call. Went to work hungry. I will stick with Moe’s.

Staff were friendly but restaurant was dirty. All tables had crumbs, food on them. Floor was very dirty. The inside was very plain and drab looking, dark. I tried the new Carne Asada. Just about every other piece of steak had fat and /or grizzle. Had to spit it in a napkin (sorry but true). I was disappointed and will not go back.
