If you a want to work in a toxic workplace environment this is for you! A GM who treats gays & younger people like garbage to boost his own ego & yet still keep his job. Turnover rate is insane. Also if you are an employee & throwing up they can just lock the door on you so you can’t drop your money to leave, instead stay to serve customers ill & then not be rehired due to their personal reasons on ‘ not liking you ‘ :) have a great day Dennis!

We wouldn't see our waiter for long periods of time and when our food finally came out it was all cold. I got my soup at the same time of my meal and by the time I seen the waiter to ask where my soup was, it was already being brought out with everyone's food.

They have NEVER got everything right anytime I've ate here. If your already at the casino and don't want to spend for LBV you could eat here. Solid draft selections but you'll probably have to go to the bar and get it yourself because the waitresses hide out in the back. The prices are decent, would not call it overpriced. 3 star food is accurate imo.

DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING! We had wings (very dry and cold) burgers ( slimy very cheap meat and undercooked- definitely did not take a bite) By far the worst food I've ever had. It honestly looked and smells like cafeteria food that you avoid. The service was horrible! Waited about 20 mins after sitting with no attention. Had to flag an employee down and she said no one told me you were here... im not sure if she was new or not but she wasn't too pleasant nor did she have any knowledge about the items on the menu and she was very slow to services. Beautiful atmosphere for just watching football but definitely do not recommend eating there.

We went there to have dinner, and couldn't because my nephew was under 21. And couldn't go through the casino to get to the restaurant. They should have an entrance to go in without going through the casino like they had before the pandemic. Probably won't be back until that changes. I know they don't need too worry about the lost money. But also lost business, I understand that there are laws about this, but feel there should be another entrance for the restaurant. Thank you

Dinner came out extremely fast.. Steak was ordered medium and came more on the well done side.. brussel sprouts were really good. Baked potato was really hard on the outside.. drinks were good but a little heavily priced which was expected.

On multiple occasions we end up at the casino on an off day. The service from Anastasia is beyond horrible. No personality and zero care to do her job well. Long wait to get service and most of the time messes up our order.

Good Sunday 'game day: specials. $3 for 1/2 dozen wings (1 drumette, 5 tendons). I had the (plain) cheeseburger special ($7). The meat was crispy well done, The lettuce (pitiful small wilted dark green piece of an outer leaf), small slice tomato and onion were 75 cents a piece. Could have been a little more generous for the $2.25 upcharge.

Went to watch the races and have dinner while there. Nice to see the races while eating. The prices were reasonable but the beef tips were a little over-seasoned with Worcester sauce. The service was great, very quick in getting our meals but not very busy on a weekday.

Poorly run business. You go to watch Football but they only have 1 bartender to change channel. Yes, we were an early arrival. After all the male patron get their TV choices we are told all the TV are programmed. You cannot be accommodated. That's just the way it. We would have been happy to watch at the downstairs bar but the "Football" specials cannot be taken into the casino. You would think you would have designated TVs for all the games being shown. OR perhaps offer a table with a small TV in the tiered section. No one seems to want to think outside of box or spend time possibly figuring a solution. Cant review food cause we didn't order any.

I've eaten here several times in the last several years. Not sure if there is a new chef this year , but the food was not what it used to be. The Brussels sprouts were burnt and the balsamic dressing was all dried up. Same with the pretzel bites. After those apps, we stuck with soup and salad.

Very disappointing experience. Had to wait quite a long time for someone to seat us. Host was brusque, not welcoming. Service was very, very slow. I blame this on management because there were clearly not enough servers. I ordered the salmon with a side of brussel sprouts. Salmon was not good. It seemed like a piece of cooked, and frozen fish that was microwaved. It did not taste good. Brussel sprouts had fried onions and bacon. This was not stated on the menu. I was trying for something healthier. Wife had the BBQ pulled chicken sandwich. Massive sandwich. Chicken was cold. She said the bbq sauce was not good. She hardly ate any. Server never asked if everything was OK. The couple with us had similar feelings on their food. All agreed that we won’t be back.

My biggest complaint was they claim I had no reservation even when I showed them your confirmation I was told too bad I would have to wait 20 to 30 min before we could be seated. I was going to leave but my wife said lets wait. It was our 57th Wedding Annivrsary . We went back was seated an our waitress made up for the ruddness of the man who said we had no reservation. The food was good and she even offered us desert on her which we turn down because we didn't want her paying for it. I feel someone should look into your reservation policy.
