There's this really pretty worker I think her name is Savannah and I gave her a large tip because she is just so kind and helpful when ordering. If you go in and see her please tip her well she is just so sweet and kind and pretty.Kid-friendliness: Savannah the worker I was talking about was also so kind and welcoming to my kids

Not from Erie, but have been here twice. Smells like sour milk when you walk in. Both times I've been here, they have been out of brownies. Which wasn't a deal breaker, but when we use this as a treat, and the kids want them, it sucks. The rest of the baked goods are sitting out on the counter. Staff is low and slow. Teenagers both times. Won't go back because of the food safety concerns and lack of management

Love coming here for a great treats! Staffs are very nice and fast.one time, I placed an ordered online and about 15 minutes my order was ready.I usually walk-in for a quick treats, the place is clean and bright. Sometime the staff will provide a fun performance tossing up ice cream in the air and catching it with a cup perfectly! Such a fun environment to be in.Needless to say, icecream and milkshake are always delish.Will always come back

Waited 25 minutes in line… ordered our ice cream and they put it in a cup and then they said it would be a 2 minute wait to make more cones- I told them that was okay and we would wait… meanwhile the ice cream is in the cup sitting there melting. It took Atleast 10 minutes for the cones. Then they proceeded to put the melted ice cream inside the HOT cones they just made. They served it to us like soup. Never going back.

Not like any other coldstone I’ve been to. They simply don’t keep it cold enough, the icecream is melting everywhere by the time they hand it to you and is soupy by the time you get in the car.
On our way back home we stopped to get some ice cream. We called 10 minutes before arriving and asked if they had dairy free in stock and they said yes they do. Upon arriving the ice cream case looked like it was literally melting. Also when my wife asked for dairy free they told us they were out?!?!???? When we just called 10 minutes before and asked. After I checked out with my son's and I's ice cream my wife told me that they told her they were sorry they didn't have any d.f and offered frozen yogurt. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. YOGURT IS STILL DAIRY. If I would have heard them tell her that I wouldn't have purchase the rest of the order. I don't recommend at all.

Got the peanut butter love one 8/10 good just should've ordered peanut butter ice cream w reeses cups rather than the chocolate ice cream

EVERY TIME I order online my order is not correct! But we eat it anyway and never complained. This time was a complete disaster! I called and asked where was my order and was told NUMEROUS excuses including the order did go through (even though I was charged $54) and it was canceled and they never got it. I WAS REFUSED THE MANAGERS NUMBER then they said they "found my order" to come pick it up. ?????. IF YOU DO GO AND ORDER IT IN PERSON DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

Waited in line for 45 minutes. 3/9/23. 8:15-9:00(closing) Workers inside were useless. No wonder why all the cold stones around the area are shutting down. They decided to lock the doors at 8:45 so nobody else could come in. VERY rude.
