I ran into this location to grab a dozen of donuts on 4/6 just after 8 pm. I opened the door to find a pair of crocs laying on the floor in front of me. The girl that came out didn’t acknowledge me since she was busy hurling insults to somebody in the back. To which she was getting likewise responses. Poor boy came out and rung me out quietly. The second girl came out from the back carrying her food. She rounded the counter to come out to eat at one of the tables. She was obviously the owner of the crocs at the front door as she was walking through this place in her socks. I was so genuinely shocked to see all of this that I went through with the purchase but sitting in my car I have decided to throw away the food. If they’re that unprofessional and unsanitary in a commercial kitchen that’s serving the public, I know they aren’t following sanitary protocols with the food either. Stay far away from this dirty place.

The grilled cheese sandwiches are not on sourdough bread with white cheddar cheese at the Harborcreek restaurant. Disappointing.We have ordered them at other Dunkins before & they were really good.

I ordered light cream cheese and my bagels were so thick with cream cheese you would think I ordered extra ! I had to wipe off gobbs of the stuff and it was still way too much . The bacon also had way too much pepper on it and was cold as well . I am so disappointed given how expensive delivery

There always seems to be a lot of people working but the service is still slow…it takes long to be greeted at drive thru. Went in to get a mobile order. Sandwich wasn’t ready and employee was busy splitting tips on the counter. My nitro was half full and over $4. Thank God the Starbucks is opening soon next door!
