I stopped to get a coffee here because I heard it was so good but when I got back to the car and sit my coffee it just tasted like hot water. I was so disappointed.

we ordered avocado toast with bacon, then they gave it to us without bacon. we told them it did not have it then they asked for it back to fix it. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!! you cannot take food in back through the window after it was giving to the customer. We walked in because they also gave us the wrong donut twice so we went in to get it fixed and there was already a lady in there asking if someone was working the front register because nobody had taken her order there and she had been waiting for ten minutes already. terrible service. manager saw the barista take the food back in the window too. awful.

The staff here are very friendly and super quick making your order. This location is a little challenging getting into (because of the way the roads are laid out and the GPS on Google thinks that you've arrived at your destination while you're still on Peach Street) but wow, the staff here is amazing. We ordered at the drive through, we were the only car in line, and they still had everything ready by the time we got to the window so there was no wait. This would be our go-to Dunkin location if we lived closer but the staff here made our vacation much nicer with their great service.

Got both my husband and my order wrong! Not one thing in our food order or drink order was correct! We were traveling so I had to use the restroom. It was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The toilet was filthy. The sink was filthy. The floor was filthy just plain uck!!!If I could read the store, it's service and ambience zero that's what I would give it !
I mobile ordered an iced chai tea latte and when I asked if my order was the one on the counter, where the tag was not visible (facing the barista) I was greeted with an aggressive "I don't know is your name on it?" I turned it towards me to see and it was my drink. But, instead of it being a chai it was a iced coffee. This isn't the first time that I have been treated with disrespect at this location, but it will be my last time going there.

I went to this location at 2:30PM on Labor Day. I tried to order a grilled cheese with iced coffee. I was told that their cooking ovens were all broken and they have no hot food. I settled on a donut and a muffin and the muffin was as hard as a baseball so it was a waste of money. The iced coffee was good, but otherwise this was a 20+ minute waste of time.
