Great atmosphere. I ordered the filet, paying more for the best. Well, I expected absolutely no grissel. My first bite had grissel, and the next bite, and the next one after that. In other words, I tried to give it a chance. The taste was good, though.

Firebirds Erie PASalt Frenzy-Last Saturday we went to Firebirds Erie PA , for a family birthday dinner. Unfortunately all four of our sirloin steaks were excessively salted. He felt as if we were eating a salt shaker, not a steak. We all agreed that lightly salting a steak compliments the meat however, the chef went overboard. When we mentioned this to the waitress instead of going to replace our steaks she instead relayed that " Yes, we have been hearing that a lot lately." With no attempt to redo the steaks, or offer a discount or credit. Our asparagus was also heavily salted. I knew to request them to go light on the blue cheese dressing on my BLT salad, so that was the best part of my meal and delicious. Also, the birthday cheesecake presentation was beautiful and very appreciated by our birthday girl!We never did have a visit from the manager to our table. If a manager were to make table rounds, they would clearly identify this problem and hopefully rectify it.A couple weeks earlier my husband and I went and our steaks were so phenomenal that we chose to come back, but unfortunately Firebirds fell horribly short this time and despite the evident repeated complaints Regarding the salt by numerous patrons, The problem has yet to be rectified or taken seriously.We will hold off revisiting until the Chef and staff figure out how to use the salt shaker.

Service and restaurant were very nice but the food was lack luster and greesy. It wasn't awful but it was definitely not worth what was charged and frankly nothing anyone in our party had would be a reason to make a return visit.

I'm a black male and every time I dine here I have to ask for my loaf of bread when I see every other waiter bring their tables bread without them having to ask makes me feel uncomfortable.

Had the pleasure of having Anna as our server, she was amazing! She answered all of my questions, kept our glasses full and constantly checked in! The food was also amazing, I highly recommend the lobster dip appetizer and the filet, best dinner I've ever had! Perfect night! HUGE shout out to Anna we really appreciated the attention and non judgement about how much we ordered ?

Dined in and ordered a salad with strawberries, nuts, steak all the goodies and it was phenomenal medium well steak was cooked to perfection not red bloody when I say perfection. That’s what it was. We were there at 5 PM Valentine’s Day reserved table so whoever was the cook cooking the steak I want to give you a Rahul, you did an excellent job and you deserve a raise because we have had some not so good experiences. The last one was on Veterans Day when we were given a gift card so you did wonderful thank you.

It's was awesome great birthday dinner service was great food was amazing staff was friendly, place was clean. I've been in the restaurant business 30+ yrs so I am picky I look at ceiling tiles around vents, corners of floor tile for build up it was spotless. Management was visible checking on things.? The one cook they called Donald was working hard and food was top notch. My daughter is autistic and is picky as can be but loved her burger and the bread was her favorite anywhere so all around was great only way it could have been better is if I had won the Powerball ??

We were celebrating Valentine's Day early and chose to go to Firebirds on the millcreek Mall. Every table in the restaurant was full and every employee was busy! Our service was excellent beginning with the hostess down to our server. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with quality of food in that the entrées were dry and overcooked. We understand that the process of cooking is on a fire grill, but the scallops and the chicken were burnt. Our steak fries were served to us cold and we had to send them back. We cannot recommend the restaurant to our friends based on this $113 meal.
