I ordered 2 cakes, balloons, and flowers. To be delivered to my wife's surprise birthday party at a local restaurant. When we got there, the balloons and flowers were there but no cakes. I called and spoke with the manager and she put me on hold for a few minutes, and then informed me the delivery person indeed, forgot the cake and apologized and sent a gift card for my troubles with the cakes.
