I have been there 3 times and they have messed up everytime they do not pay attention to what you ask for they twice have not even put the Mike's way sauce on them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF OF THEM OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE RIGHT. When the person who is ringing up the order asking you questions ask them to wait so you do not take your eyes off the (2) people it take to make the sandwich. Hopefully it is just this store because it is awful DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ONE ON PITTSBURE AVE, ERIE, PA

First time to a Jersey Mike’s. This one is on Peach Street. Overpriced for a basic sub. Very few options for toppings. Bread wasn’t that soft. Very chewy. I’m glad I tried it, but I prefer Subway over this place.

Food was alright. Ate 1/4 of a full roast beef sub. Got home, toasted the roll and cooked the meat and it was 100x better. Amazing what toasting a sub roll and cooking the meat can do.I mean, its 2023, all your competitors have toasters for the sub rolls. Even if you dont toast the rolls, you have a griddle, cook the dang meat. Get with the program. Food was alright but wont go again. Nothing impressive for the price you pay.

The cashier today with the afro 10/11 4:30 p does not like his job. He’s uninterested in providing any kind of customer service. He mumbles and gets annoyed when you ask him to repeat himself. The two other associates making the subs were friendly. The card reader is horrible! It took what seemed like 5 minutes trying to get it to work. Had to insert, remove, insert, remove, remove, insert, slide, insert, slide, insert, slide, then finally it went through.He was also touching the cash register and then cutting sandwiches with the same gloves!
I like Jersey Mike's subs. I have no complaint about the food. But i think you need to retrain your employees on cross contamination. It's unsanitary to have someone cash you out, touching a dirty cash register with their gloves on.... and then cut your sub, and wrap it up using the same gloves. When i politely asked if the person who made my sub could cut it, and the cashier just jumped right in and did it... after he just cashed me and the woman in front of me out. I tried not to be a snob and ask to have my sub remade, but i told the cashier that it's really not sanitary to touch a cash register and then touch other people's food with the same gloves. he got smart with me and said "But i didn't touch any money" The reason i said something is because i can physically see how dirty the cash register is from my side.... so i imagine how it looks on his end. point is, retrain your employees to change their gloves if they're going to switch from making subs to cashing people out. Next time I'll ask to have my food remade. Or start going to another location all together.

Ordered via the App and picked up 3 awesome subs 10 minutes later from the new Augusta location. LOVE the turkey sub! It is always delicious, every time. Everyone was really happy with their subs— devoured in like 5 minutes after I got home.
