Donuts were great, atmosphere was great until a staff member quite literally got mad at my two children (younger than 5) and myself for using the bathroom. She waited outside the door and was very rude mannered when we finished. She gave the persona she was annoyed she had to wait for us, however, there was no signs indicating you could not use the bathroom at that time. I come outside the door and she's leaning on the wall just staring at us. We had no room to leave the bathroom and she would not give us personal space. She shocked me being so close, and I said oh sorry I think there may not be any paper towels either and she aggressively said yeah we're already on it. Rude customer service for something very little. Husband says she was talking to herself out of the door, and seemed very annoyed she had to wait for us as well. I'm really concerned with her attitude.

Never again. I don't recall the exact price but it was between $35 and $40 for 2 dozen and a coffee. That will never happen again. They're good and all, but they ain't that good.

Haven’t had Krispy Kreme in probably 20 years- ours closed forever ago and didn’t go to it.Was out of town and remembered there was one in Erie so I really wanted to have it… having vague memories of how awesome it was.I went a bit later and went through drive thru. Staff apologized and said it would be a minute which was fine, I got to look at the menu and wasn’t in a hurry. When she returned she was so polite and apologetic which wasn’t necessary- I work retail and understand how it goes. No worries! Ordered two original glazed. I got to the window and was given them and she refused to accept payment and told me to have a good night.I hope this doesn’t get anyone in trouble and I’m uncertain of your policies. Maybe because it was nearing close and the wait? Either way, she was so kind and not because of the free product. Honestly, it was enough to make an impression and I plan to return before I leave town to pick up something for my staff at my store as well as parents so it definitely generated more business.Thank you so much for the attentiveness to customer service and staffing folks with such great manners and skills. It’s hard to come by these days it seems so it means a lot to see!!!

I made a $73 dollar order online only to get to the location and be told they don't have any of that type (seasonal specialty). When I asked for a refund they told me the manager was too busy to do it now but that he would do it later. I Absolutely will not leave while you owe me that much money for your advertised product that you don't have in store. If i would like a different mixture they are happy to help even though that would mean i over paid by 7.50.... Um no. I would not recommend
