They NEVER answer their phones. They either leave them off the hook or just let it ring endlessly. Tried for 45 minutes to call and place an order today at a non-peak time (2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday). No answer the whole time. Finally had to go online to order, which was a pain because I had to give them my email address and phone number in order to be able to do it, so now they have my information where they can spam me all the time.Got there to pick up my pizzas and as usual with this location, they were not even cut all the way through. If you don't have a pizza cutter at your house, forget ordering from this location! And then they have the nerve to ask for a tip when you place the order online!I have been to plenty of other Little Caesars locations in the city and have never had issues with any of the others.

This location is horrible, on Halloween they were not pre ordering I ordered a pizza at 4:30 they told me it would be a 20 min wait I said okay. I get there and she said nobody out in my order there really busy and it would be a 45 min wait. A gentle men who came in after me and ordered his pizza at 5:15 got his pizza within 10 min I was very upset. I ordered some pizza for party and they were all brown! I tried to call them but nobody answered. I called 2 noted times and I keep getting hung up on not getting a hello or can I take your order.

Ordered a pretzel stuffed crust that is so.over cooked the cheese melted out, also there is more crust than pizza, very disappointing.

Not sure how this is a little caesars, but it NEVER has hot an ready pizzas, the last FOUR times i have came in here to grab a hot and ready they’ve told me 25-40 minutes. The whole thing about little caesars is HOT AND READY, but I would consider this location the worst one I have ever been
