Using the Little Caesars app, my wife ordered pizza and received confirmation that it was ready for pickup at the Buffalo Road store. However, when she arrived, she was told the pizzas weren't ready yet, even though the app said otherwise. Despite waiting an additional 20 minutes, my wife's request to speak with a manager was ignored, and the staffer simply walked past her. When we opened the pizzas at home, we found them to be raw and uncut, necessitating the use of my air fryer for eight minutes to cook them completely.

Walked in the restaurant around 7pm on December 13th. Was never greeted by any employee. There were several employees working behind the counter laughing and talking. Waited ....and waited. Not one of the employees came to the register to take my order, even after making eye contact. Horrible service and employees. I walked out the door and will take my buisness elsewhere

We order every week for our pizza and movie night with the kids, for the past few months there is a real hit or miss with this location... Last week we determined we need to find pizza elsewhere as our order was sitting on the counter instead of the portal for close to 20 minutes and still waiting on the last part of our order. My wife canceled the order and wanted a refund. I honestly didn't think it could get any worse than the time the manager was screaming at the employees, but I was wrong.

I had an incredible experience! The girl with the green hair and tall man with the bun cooked my pizza perfectly and made my day. My kids really enjoyed the pizza when I got home.

Blaaaa..I'm going to have to assume that Hellen Keller is the Dept. of Health inspector assigned to this place..The perry plaza location may be the worst pizza pizza shop I've ever been to...Here's a fun little game, on your next visit there, ask them where & how do they wash there pizza pans & utensil (but don't say I didn't worn you)..Oh dear, I almost forgot to review the pizza...IT SUCKS. Soggy, greasy limp crust..cheap subpar toppings..lackluster service & humdrum options..but for the price & convenience, I guess it's...tolerable/edible(?)??♀️

Ordered pizza delivery… got a text it was cancelled called said it was picked up by deliver person and that person kept our food we paid for. Little Caesar’s replaced it but we were out the delivery cost thank you to the staff for taking care of us but DONT do Delivery that’s called stealing
