The environment in the restaurant was nicely decorated. But when we ordered one of the burgers was burned, really black, and when we talked with our server she was kind of rude, and didn’t really seem to be apologetic or considerate, I don’t know. It was odd. I would not recommend to this restaurant to any of my friends and would not return.

Amazing food & great service! So glad we decided to try out Max & Erma's for dinner. It was hands down the best food we've had out in a long time! We were so impressed with the quality of the food. The Cajun pasta with chicken was cooked & seasoned to perfection - As well as the Swiss & mushroom burger, tortilla soup & smothered chicken. We even enjoyed chocolate cake for dessert which is a rare occasion. Our server was great too! It was refreshing to have such good customer service. A must try. Can't wait to come back.

Sat March 16 went to Max and Ermas and had the most amazing dinner I've had in a long time. It definitely beat all other restaurants I've been too. Me and my 2 family members had a mushroom and Swiss burger with endless fries so satisfying ? the next one had Cajun pasta with chicken and was on point with perfectly cooked pasta sauce spice etc and I had the smothered chicken with my 2 sides being red skin mash potatoes and steamed broccoli delicious ? our waitress was quick n prompt and to top it off the chef was in training imagine that!!! I give her a 10+ can't wait to come back!!! ????

First time here, they seated us right away. Waitress was really nice, always checking to see if we needed anything, food was delicious. My husband ordered a draft beer and it took quite some time to get, which I didn't understand, but it was like that with our food too. The service was great, it just took longer than I liked.
