SO sick and tired of receiving incorrect items from this store and waiting so long for the incorrect Items. I ordered a medium iced latte, no flavoring. What’d they do? ADDED CARAMEL. I’m normally not one to complain because I work in fast food myself but this is unacceptable.. EVERY-TIME I order from here SOMETHING is ALWAYS messed up. Hopefully management sees this issue and fixes it from the roots.

Paid $5 for a coffee that was wrong, then waited 15 minutes for a new one only to be told they weren't prepared, and it would be a longer wait. They got my $5, BUT Dunkin has my business

I’ve ordered here at least 20times and the amount of times I’ve specifically ordered extra sauces, straws, and just about anything else “extra curricular” from the menu and never received, is astonishing. Not once, have I ever got an ordered sauce with nuggets, a straw with drinks nor any care for the quality of food that is being served. It’s the same thing with every McDonalds, they hire 15-16 year olds for 9 an hr and expect them to do literally anything that they are supposed to. The entire facility is ran by delinquents. Fat L for the managers. Maybe if they were payed half decent they might wanna do their job too

Went to this location for lunch after donating. Victoria was maintaining the lobby cleaning the tables and engaging with the customers. Exactly the very definition of good customer service. The manager and other staff were highly inappropriate talk very using very vulgardialog in the lobby. Victoria was the one person that was able to convince me to come back

Waited in drive thru lane for 5 min with no one answering while other lane got 4 cars that came after me drive on thru. This is not the first time that’s happened here. I backed out and parked to go inside. An old couple waiting to order gave up and walked out. I stood another 2-3 minutes with no one coming to counter or even acknowledging me.

Went there at lunch time, their busy time. But the wait was reasonable the people were nice and friendly and the food was hot. It may not always be the case but it was today and I was quite happy. The food is what it is.
Who is in charge of this location? Absolutely terrible service. The guy in front of me was being flipped off by these two heavy black women working, because they got his order wrong. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes they completely ignored me and the lady behind me. We beeped they laughed and continued to stare at their cell phones. I Suggest you review tapes and discipline your employees.

My husband and I have been to many McDonald's in the state of Pennsylvania, and the location here on w26th Street is by far our BEST experience! The manager alone is why I chose to make a review. Soo many people complain about the service as slow, but they fail to realize how fast paced, and LAZY people are...and they all go through the double laned drive thru!! Because of that, it slows down the one on one service, but the manager at this location was doing her best to keep up. She was taking orders, giving out meals, running good out to cars and conversing with customers. She is the true definition of customer service. Because of her alone, I would continue to return!
