I swear EVERYTIME I come through the drive through they are parking EVERYONE. Two cars in front of me get parked, I get parked and two cards behind me get parked and so on. I get keeping your times down but there is absolutely no reason to be parking every order in order to basically lie to corporate about your service times. If we’re all “waiting” on food then there’s no reason we can’t be waiting in line vs a parking spot off to the side ?

I bought 2 family dinner boxes and spent 10 minutes in the drive through. I spent $44.50. Unfortunately my daughter didnt check both boxes and verify we got everything. When we got home we discovered that they forgot a Big Mac and a cheeseburger. I called the store and was told they needed the food and receipt back for a refund. I can’t call and complain to corporate because it’s a privately owned store. I understand being understaffed but I can’t understand how someone can’t count correctly!

This is a nice mcdonalds and it is one of the only ones who are still 24 hours. With that being said they tend to get very busy and have long lines between 11-2. The employees handle it well though and with a smile pm their faces.

Waited 20 minutes for them to bring me the wrong food numerous times. Then after finishing the lunch rush, continued to serve everyone else. Wasn’t until I came in and demanded a refund that they finally gave me my food. I politely refused and took my refund. Will not be returning.

The kiosk was hard to work. Never did find meal to order. The worker had to bring me my drink because of that . Then said the drink was free ,but was the same as if I ordered a meal. Stood at the counter forever waiting to get waited on .no one asked what we wanted.
