Molly’s was a great bar & restaurant , I had some good meals there , unfortunately after a burst water pipe in an upper floor not under the restraints control it sustained severe water damage . The now vacant Molly Brannigans location is for lease by the buildings owner . In its day it was accesible had Wi-Fi and has a single manual entry pull door. The space next door is also still vacant being the former Starbucks location that closed more than a year ago , leaving the Ember & Forge as sole coffee house to downtown business and tourist area .

It's hard to beat a dinner out in that festive holiday atmosphere. Kudos to the management and staff for going all out with the decorations. Our server was great, and our corned beef and cabbage was really delicious.

We had a reservation and had requested a table by the fireplace. We arrived a few minutes early, but our requested table was given away to the people that walked in without a reservation immediately before we arrived. We were seated soon after we arrived, but no server acknowledged us for 25 minutes, even after we let the host know that no server had greeted us. Before 10pm, the ceiling lights were turned off and EDM was turned way up. Our intended cozy dinner in an Irish Pub was not that at all. Really awful experience.

We were greeted by a very friendly hostess whose enthusiasm was infectious, and who seemed so eager to show us to our table - right by the fireplace. Wow! The Christmas decorations were fantastic, adding to the festive atmosphere. The food was very good, and we look forward to many return trips.

Great atmosphere but extremely poor and slow service. Would wait 15+ Minutes for draft beer, server never came to check on us after the food arrived. There was a lime in the bottom of my Guinness, boxes never brought, no personality from the server, was told the bar was open till 10 but last called was shouted to us at 9:11. This is all elementary issues for a higher end restaurant.

We love to go to Molly Brannigans at Christmas time. It is so very festive. Service was quick and friendly. Food was so good. This has been a tradition with friends for a few years. See you next year!!!

Fabulous Holiday atmosphere, but limited Holiday cocktails. (This is the same as last year) we would have stayed longer if there was more of a selection. and would come more than once a season.

We had to wait a while for our table even though we had a reservation, but that is to be expected around this time of year. The host felt really bad and bought us a round of drinks which was so nice! Once we were seated the service and food were great.

Molly's is festively decorated for the holidays! We had a group of 8 in our party and it took a little extra time for our table to be ready, but we enjoyed a pre-dinner drink in the bar. The salmon was excellent. The noise level was on the high side due to a few groups having holiday parties. We had a very fun evening!

I'm from out of town went in for dinner the corned beef is great! I also had the shepherds pie, it was also amazing. Had an awesome selection of Irish whiskeys, my bartender was fantastic I just wished I'd asked her name so I could mention it overall great experience!

Everything was good. I was told there would be an up charge to substitute the fries for a cup of soup. I agreed, I was charged an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of $8.00 for the cup of soup. The normal price for a cup of soup is $8.00 (a little pricey for that cup of soup) so they eliminated my fries and charged me for a cup of soup. When I got the check I questioned the waitress who told me “I told you there would be an up charge and that's how WE do it” I thought that was crappy and told her I felt that all that happened was you took my fries. She offered to take it off the check I said I was more than happy to pay $5,00 or $6.00. They did remove the cost of soup from the check. I feel it was a sneaky way to charge $8.00 for a $4.00 or $5.00 cup of soup.

We were seated at a lovely little table by the fireplace and the waitress ncame right over and took our drink order. I had delicious fish and chips and my husband had a shepherds which he thought was rather small. I shared my delicious brussels sprouts with him, and he was happy.

This was my first time. I am so impressed! I had the Jameson Glazed Salmon, and asked for a substitution of carrots rather than asparagus. The chef came out to ask me how I would like the carrots prepared. Not only was the food incredible, the service was impeccable! Everyone was so kind and smiling. This restaurant is a new favorite of mine in Erie! Bravo!

The food is delicious and there are plenty of different options on the menu. Whether you're in the mood for Shepherd's Pie, a Rueben, a burger, or chicken wings - you won't be disappointed. They also have a separate dining area upstairs which is perfect for parties or celebrations. Friendly staff, great food, great atmosphere, and if you love Irish Whiskey they've got it!

Nice variety of items on the menu. The wait staff was cordial, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that our visit was a good one. The food was delicious and came quite quickly after our initial order, so we were not left to make small talk until it arrived. A most pleasant evening
