Food is great and so are the workers. It's nice having an alternative to chain restaurants in the food court serving more heavily processed stuff. Unfortunately when I visited, both restrooms had "out of service" signs taped over the doors.

Would give zero stars if I could. Heard how the owners treat their employees, and it’s not good. These workers deserve a lot more than what they get. Food is good, drinks are good, but not worth the business.

Cappuccino with extra shot was so weak couldn't taste espresso. Pleasant server, but lousy coffee.

Google states the hours of the Millcreek Mall location is 9:00 am. My son and I went into the Pampered Palate at 9:59, because the doors were open, and the girl working looked at us and said, "We are not open." I said it says online you open at 9:00 a.m. She then says to us, "Nah, Nah, Nah."Needless to say, you lost our business. Please teach your employees better customer service.

Zero stars if I could- stopped in this morning (it’s Black Friday) and other than myself there was 3 other people.Ordered a large chai and a large eggnog fluff latteBoth were TERRIBLE tasted like water- that.is.it. No chai no coffee flavors just water.Went back in and very politely asked for my money to be returned so I could go to Dunkin’ and get an actual coffee. Was treated horrible by the staff! After thinking about what I saw as the barista made my drink I now realize she didn’t make an eggnog late, she just did coffee with milk?… regardless this place has very bad drinks and the staff is lacking people skills.*** Black Friday 7am and there’s 4 people in the place, meanwhile Dunkin has a 30 person line… there is a reason for that.

Owners treat employees like garbage even though they go beyond their expectations. Will not buy from them again.

I was at the mall today and wanted a turkey sandwich. To my disappointment, the fresh healthy cafe was closed. I ended up walking by Pampered Palate and decided to give it a go. The two ladies in there tonight were wonderful and my sandwich was absolutely amazing. Exactly what I wanted. Tasted better than fresh healthy cafe and was cheaper too. I will definitely be frequenting this place.

Was trying to go to Starbucks, which has now been replaced with Pampered Palate. Decided to give it a shot, and it did not disappoint! Not only is their coffee good, but their “Otters” Classic sandwich was AWESOME! Will definitely be back. Great service to top it all off.

I had chai tea and it was really good, and their salad was okay. I really liked the people who were working there. The girl was so sweet. I'll definitely bring my friends next time.

This place is a great maybe even better replacement for the Starbucks in the mall when it comes to coffee. The Food ranges from great to middleing but it's also unique so it might be a personal taste thing on some off the menu options.4 stars because your training sucks. The person that rings me out is often searching for the bottons to push and the person that makes it is often slow and reading the instruction print out. I've also had my order messed up more than once, but the staff has always been quick to fix it and handled it. I really do want to say that the staff is awesome the training sucks for new hires it's painfully obvious.

I hate doing this but that was a huge let down. My gf and I stopped in for a coffee and a cinnamon roll. The coffee was out pretty quick and was mediocre at best. The cinnamon roll took ten minutes for them to pull it out of the display case and slap it on a plate. I had asked for it heated, but it was so cold the frosting was a solid blob on top. The roll itself was so dense and tough the fork snapped in half. Went to get a new one but the only forks they had were in a cup that was full of coins and not wrapped in plastic like forks should be. All in all a bad experience and we will absolutely not be coming back.
