Placed a order for delivery. 90 minutes later,no food. Called and the order was remade. 1 hour later,no food. Called a 3rd time and was told the manager made a mistake. Order was made AGAIN. After 3 hours no food. After waiting 3 hours food was NEVER delivered. Very unsatisfied.

God where do i begin, the place was a hot mess and the workers were hand tossing the pizza with filthy hands!! I placed my order after waiting for 10 minutes for the workers to entertain each other and the foods quality was less than acceptable!!!

I will never and I repeat EVER, ordering from here again, after ordering a quick dinner for the family, and having to wait 20 minutes for my order to even be taken. I had the most god awful pizza in my life. The cheese was hanging over the crust, and the sauce was so packed on, you couldn't even taste the dough! The only good thing about Papa Johns, is the lack of people being there due to how bad the service probably is, and the 20 oz. pre bottled drinks, cant really mess that one up!

Ordered a specialty pizza. Supreme. For some reason it had tomatoes on it. And the dough was not cooked all the way. When it on the phone with them they just push n push for u to buy extra. They're already expensive and to get a crappy pizza. Won't b back

Don’t order the pizza from here for delivery. The driver decided to shake my pizza around. We had 3 bad experiences from delivery back to back. Now we go and pickup the food ourselves. They’ll open the garlic sauce and dump it all over. Sometimes the dough is still slightly raw.

Ordered here a month or so ago. Solid food. Accidentally ordered here today on my app, called them up and they refunded me immediately and were awesome about it. I will definitely go here again when I'm in Erie.

Ordered online through their own website and they canceled the order because they didn't want to do it. If you don't want to take orders that late, then your website should not allow orders to be taken that late.

Had a late night cravings for pizza, placed an order online. It was very quick, within 15-20 minutes the order was ready and was made correctly. Though there was only one worker here, running the whole show but he is definitely rocking it. He made sure every customers feels welcome and he said he was here to open so it must have been a long day for him, thank you for being there to feed us.
