I ordered a large pizza by the phone and than I go to the restaurant to pick up it they told sorry we make a medium and you ordered large so I wait until they make a new one at the end after I arrived at home I open it they give me small pizza not organized restaurant

I rarely choose pizza hut but when I ordered from them couple days back, I made my mind up that I would never ever choose them going forward. It was around 45 mins after I ordered when I noticed that the tracker was showing that the pizza was not in the oven. So I called them up to check what is going on and they said they would send my order (pizza and wings) once delivery guys are available. Then the tracker was updated immediately to show that it was in the oven. Then about an hour later I checked the tracker to see what is going on (its been an hour and 45 mins since I ordered) and it still showed in the oven. Had to call them again and they said the delivery guy is about to leave the store with the first delivery being mine (5 mins drive to my house per Google Maps) and they didn’t show up for the next 35 mins. By the time the pizza arrived, people were frustrated at home and when we sat down to eat, we found burnt toppings on the pizza. Check out the picture. The chicken wings were just okay. I will never ever order from pizza hut again although the app was quite convenient to use.

East 38th street Pizza Hut is amazing! Their wings are delicious. I have ordered there for years. When they had to close, I ordered from Buffalo rd and it wasn’t the same. My pizza was burnt! Anyhow, the new manager Marco gives GREAT customer service and makes any customer want to return. Thank you Marco for all you do for your Pizza Hut store! God Bless....

Pizza was an delivered took an hour, estimated time was 20 - 30 minutes. I ordered extra garlic sauce arrived with none didn’t realize after the driver left. I paid extra for the extra sauce.

We called ahead and were told this location was open and had a buffet. The hours on the door say open 11 am- 11 pm. We arrived shortly after noon, doors were all locked. Could see someone in the kitchen, knocked on the window, no response. Very disappointing, not impressed.

We literally drive out of our way past two other Pizza hut's just to go to this one! Very friendly staff in the food is always excellent. We get pizzas and subs from this location.

The last couple times there hasn’t been a lot of toppings. But over this last weekend, my toppings stuck to the box! No 38th street for us.

Lived in Mill creek and dealt with their Peach Street and now lives off of E 38th and now deals with their East 38th Location (Both Suck) I have kept going back four times now to the East 38th location to get Four wrong orders Every time I order my food I say please cut my Thin Crust Cheese pizza into squares I share it with my toddler Son and Get told by Management no less Not a problem but four out of four times I get regular pizza cut how hard is it to cut a pizza in squares? three out of four of the times I get well sorry nothing we can do for you but we will credit your old account that you dont even remember the number to at this point I think this is the last time I will reorder pizza hut pizza from this franchise which is sad as I used to be an assistant manager for a different franchise and love their pizza but looks like dominos or papa johns won a new customer!

I wasn't happy with my order, we got 2 med pizzas and an order of bread sticks. The pan pizza had little to no cheese on it which is always disappointing. It was also not the crispy crust i had expected after seeing the commercial. The thin crust pizza was good, but the breadsticks were so caked with the garlic powder mix they were not good at all. We had to scrap it off before we ate it. It saddens me that this was once America's favorite pizza, but after all the recipe changes it was a pretty bland pizza. I think you need to go back to the original 90'S recipe and make a comeback.

So when we walked in we were completely ignored for about 5 minutes. YET, THERE WAS NOBODY THERE! They had 3 carry out orders that all said READY! When we were finally seated, the lady with weird eyebrows was really rude and seemed to not even care about what we wanted. Our cheese sticks took 45 minutes to get to us! We already had our main course by then! The food was WAY TOO greasy. We didn't have silverware and nobody came to check on us and see if we were enjoying our food. We saw people waiting for their carry out and they waited for a good 20 minutes. This is a terrible Pizza Hut and the lady with the weird eyebrows needs to be fired!
