Nobody answers the phone when you call because they didn't give you half of your order!!!!!! Everything I go they always forget to give me something!!! So I paying extra for them to mess up my order.

I guess I was ordering off of feelings from nostalgia on how they used to be the best ?? ? 10 out of 10 back then but now 0 out of 10 and I can't go lower because I'm guessing 10 is as high as there easy bake oven the use as there pizza oven goes severely disappointed from now to back when I was a child man they seriously need a complete company revamp they wish that there pizza ? was as oeey gooey as that Elmer's glue the use in there commercials time to start from scratch tare it down start over seriouslyWheelchair accessibility: They have it that's about all they do right

So the lady that was waiting on us was out of it. She was delivering wrong orders to wrong tables. Took us 20 mins to get our drinks. She got our order wrong once (not bad compared to other tables). Then about half way through dinner She dissapeared for about 15 to 20 mins and when she came back she gave us the wrong bill and brought a used pizza box. It was a very interesting experience. I feel she would have done better had she opened her eyes (literally). The food was on point though. She was gone though and that's an understatement.

National advertising campaign. Local store isn't taking online orders and u can not call them. If u get thru, u automatically get disconnected.
I'm not sure if it's by location or what, but despite their website stating they were available, there were no gluten free options. Made it really hard for my nephew. Everything else was great. The girl working was excellent.

Very few people in the dine-in area. They forgot utensils and dressing to go with the pizza after requesting 2x. Good was good though. Buffalo sauce was more like spicy BBQ.

Ordered off of the app. The app seemed sluggish and I had to login 3 times before I was able to get into the app. Set a time for pickup and still had to wait 17 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before it was ready. Food was hot and tasted great!
