We live in Buffalo and stumbled across this Restaurant last year, had a great experience, food, etc. We have a family member who attends school in Erie and thought it would be nice to have dinner here again this past weekend during a visit. We made multiple calls to the restaurant last Thursday and Friday, all went unanswered. We drove by the restaurant Saturday to find it closed, we ended up eating elsewhere.To Restaurant Management, how about updating your out going greeting on your answering machine to let people know your closed at this time? or how about updating your web site? or Facebook page?

Best sauce and meatballs I've ever had. I've been coming here since I was a kid. I've had family fly across the country with sauce and meatballs frozen more than a few times. Best Italian food I've ever had.

The manager was not nice. She didn't try to understand the problems I was trying to convey to her. It's unfortunate as we always enjoyed eating there. The day I plan a birthday get together for 16 people it didn't go well at all. It's not the waiters fault by the way. That is on the manager. We bragged up this place to others not sure that was the right thing to do after today's experience.

Italian food and the setting here is quality. I should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. Certainly worth a return visit. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.

We absolutely LOVE Serafinis. Traditional, homemade Italian food and everything is incredible. Huge portions, I always take half home for a second meal! Excellent service!

We have been going to Serafini's for decades and highly recommend it. The numerous offerings on their menu, the quality of the food, the size of the portions (usually enough for lunch the next day), and the service has always been excellent. For an Italian Restaurant, they make a delicious Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato on Italian Bread. Their house salad is delicious, but I do ask for the italian dressing on the side. The sauce is not my fave, but nevertheless, it is delicious. My fave is their white fish and I get the italian olives/mushrooms (optional) over it), they serve it with drawn butter, and I feel like I am eating lobster! We enjoy going there, as well as the good, portions and prices.

A true Erie landmark. Has an amazing old school feel to it and the food is always spot on fantastic. We have been here many, many times and have never had a bad experience. Not even an average experience. Always top notch food and service. Definitely many more to come!
