Don't order on the app for dine in. They forget all about you. Even asking multiple times about your order you just get brushed off and wait forever. Don't matter if there is several people or no people inside eating.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered through door dash and didn't get a straw with my order. I called door dash who told me they were supposed to have them in the bag, there was no straw. Door dash told me that was Sonic's fault. I called Sonic who told me since they don't deliver there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund, but was told they can give me 5$ in store credit. So now I get a $5 credit for an $8 dollar drink I can't drink. I feel insulted. They should have just refunded me my order, over a freaking straw! Do they not check their orders before they go out???!!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this place. The place was filthy with no music or anything when we walked in. It took four employees to take my order. None of the employees looked thrilled to have customers.Not shocked in the slightest that no one was inside when I arrived….

First time to a sonic in 20+ years.Not disappointed. My daughter and I loved seeing the staff on skates bringing the food.The burger was tasty with nice ingredients. The steak sandwich was large with alot of meat. The tator tots were nice and crispy. Everything was hot and fastOverall a very good experience, will be back again.Parking: Cool thing to park and have the staff bring your food on skates
I went to sonic this evening, they messed up my order, bad, and the person who brought i tout to us was very rude and didn't make and effort to fix our order or see if there is anything else we could have possibly needed to make our experience not trashy. I ordered a chocolate chunk brownie blast and some reason i ended getting a turtle truffle nut blast. I AM ALLERGIC TO NUTS! I CANT HAVE TURTLE TRUFFLE NUT! How could you possibly mess that up?? and whatever the turtle truffle nut is, consisted of only vanilla ice cream and random chunks of chocolate and crunchy brown things. along with that happening, i ordered a MEDIUM m&m mini blast and i got a MINI cup of vanilla ice cream with mini m&m's sprinkled through it. overall, this was awful. if i could give it 0 stars i would.
