This was always our favorite lunch place when shopping on Peach Street. Good food, fast service and great coffee. Unfortunately it closed in 2019 and it's looking for someone to open the franchise again for $10,000 according to the banner outside. Unfortunately;y, no takers so far. :(

We heard they had good burgers and shakes. Well if they did maybe just not the day we were in there. The food was more expensive that it was worth and even with their hustling and bustling we still had a long weight for our food.

My family and I went here for lunch one day, we walk in and there are crayons scattered all over the floor and all of the workers start leaving one by one. We sat down and ordered. It took about 45 mins to get our food and drinks, my grandma got an ice water with lemon and there was BLOOD on it! We ate and left. I don't recomend this place, my family is never coming back!!!

While the menu was large in offerings and the prices reasonable and the quality was okay, the service sucked. For whatever reasons.............IT IS CLOSED!

Last time we were in Erie my daughter wanted French fries so we went to the drive thru and waited for 20 minutes with a car in front of me. No one ever took that car’s order and the car behind me left so I could back out. The time before that we were seated for 20 minutes before someone took our order. This used to be our go to stop while traveling from Ithaca NY to Ohio, but not anymore. I am so sad, this location used to be amazing. We will be looking for another place to eat on Peach Street.

Update. Drove by this place on my way to Home Depot and it looks like they are closed down. Can't say I'm surprised with how crappy it was.

Stopped at the location on peach street in Erie PA and wanted to go through the drive through but there was a truck parked in it backwards and locked so no one can go through. Okay fine, go inside and wait to order and there are 7 employees total and maybe 3-4 tables with customers eating... not many so we sit and wait to get our order... the employees looking at us but not addressing us. So ask for service and get a reply well if your in a hurry you might as well leave we are to busy.. what terrible service especially when the workers are kicking there feet doing nothing. The kitchen was a mess food and pans all over the floor and when they walked by they would just kick the pans out of the way. I should of took a video. They purposely blocked the drive through and are just miserable. Fight for $15 yeah okay learn better skills before asking for that. If I could rate 0 stars I would that was just wrong. Keep that up and you won’t have a job....

Final trip to Steak & Shake! They had a car blocking the entrance to the drive thru. Went inside to order and the service was poor. Long wait and then the food was cold. Several customers standing in line to pay, all complaining about the service, the food and the long wait.....they all said they wouldn't be back. The manager was flipping burgers and running register instead of running the show. They weren't even that busy, just understaffed. When the Scott's owned Steak & Shake it was an awesome place to eat. Lot's of other options in Erie.
Awesome milkshake!! We both enjoyed our salads and shocked at the low cost. Most amazing polite helpful smiling waiter ever...

Absolutely awful... waited 30 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes at the table before a waitress said she would send our waitress over, needless say at this point our drink order wasn't even taken, we left. Quaker steak was great and the waiter was awesome!

Nice place to eat. Waitress was very cordial and attentive. Close to the TinsleTown movie theater. A little pricey, but delicious foods available, from Burgers, to Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Salads, all very good. Would Recommend.

Not the greatest experience.. the drive through was closed so I had to go inside, which was not a big deal. I went inside and asked them if they had the drive through open, the woman said no. The cook later told me and some other customers that he didn’t have time to go back and forth. I waited patiently for my food, just a burger and some fries. 30 minutes later I was finally able to get my food. Not that impressed honestly.
