My last 2 orders have been horrible. First mobile order , everything was wrong , had to go back & have it fixed (20 min wait). Second time I went in & the girl had no idea what she was doing said it was her first day she was alone , portion size of a salad was less than half the bowl, barely any lettuce , didn’t know what a protein bowl was either, lettuce was brown , I asked for ranch & received none , complete waste of money!bad experiences. The guy working was very nice, but the girl who was working with him was rude. I had nicely asked her to change her gloves before touching the toppings for my sub because she has just been on the register, she said she didn’t touch anything and didn’t change her gloves, just told her co worker that he could do it and walked to the back for the rest of the time I was in the store.

I used the Subway mobile app and placed an order for delivery a week ago. I ordered 3 footlong subs and ine was to be a meal and include cookies and a soft drink. Subway forgot to include the drink and cookies. When i called and told them, i was told i needed to call DoorDash. I didnt order through DoorDash but Subway uses them for their deliveries. I complained since i didnt use DoorDash and used the Subway app. Subway also is who showed up on my bank statement. The Subway restaurant wouldn't budge and when i emailed i wanted to be contacted to discuss this no-one called me back. I ended up contacting DoorDash Tuesday and they were very nice. They put in a refund request ticket and NOW Subway was supposed to contact mw within 48 hrs and its been over 4 days. I dont recommend ordering through the Subway app. I wont order from them again period. If you cant provide good customer service, then you wont get my business.

Ordered here last night for delivery through the Subway App. The restaurant did not put in 2 cookies and a sprite. Subway uses Door Dash to deliver their orders. When I called to explain their mistake they told me that I have to contact Door Dash. Subway wont refund the money for missing items. Customer Service wont help today. They dont even have a customer service phone number. I wont go to them again.

This was my 1st time ordering from this location. And I’m not really sure if I’m coming back anyways me and my daughter had order some subs 1st it was my daughter sub wasn’t toast enough 2nd sun was my son sub wasn’t toast enough lettuces on them old my kids didn’t like it ( kids that made them was shy and wasn’t really talkative 3 and 4 sun wasn’t good enough they don’t toast ur subs the way u want them to be I had a steak sub wanted it toast 2 one time with the meat and 2nd with the cheese the girl that made my sub don’t follow what I said and it didn’t taste right I’m sorry my man sun wasn’t toast right either they look like they where kids making subs

The wait was horrendous and noExplanation was given while we were waiting. The lady in front of us was finally waited on and she had an online order that they had not even started on. We finally left, walked to Ling Ling, ordered take out, got our food, and walked back by and the lady that was in front of us was still waiting for her order. More help is definitely needed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Me and my sister were standing there waiting for a whole HOUR! She ordered online 20 minutes prior to getting there then we stood there waiting for an hour. They clearly had a new employee who was extremely slow (which is completely understandable) but he had a coworker who sat and did nothing. He let him struggle until he asked for help, when he did he went just as slow. Then he decided to do the register instead of helping his coworker. He sat at the register ON HIS PHONE instead of doing his job. Then when checking someone out he was swearing VERY PROFESSIONAL. Then a girl came in and thank god she did because she was so fast and was the saving grace. Although they got everyone out of there that was here after us first which made no sense considering we waited an hour already at this point. So many bad things I could say about this experience. There were multiple people that left because they were so slow and took so long but we couldn’t because we had an online order. Horrible place we will never go there again. Hopefully they can find more professional employees like that girl.
