Guy that waited on us was very friendly and professional. Young taller than black kid with dreadlocks. Awesome kid I asked him his name but really couldn't understand him. Maybe it's on my receipt somewhere I don't know but I think he deserves some recognition and a valuable employee. Subs were just as awesome thanks

I ordered online and picked up in the restaurant. I ordered a sweet onion teriyaki sub, got home and discovered they didn't even put any sweet onion teriyaki sauce on it!! I don't understand how you mess that up!

I come in to this location quite often, sometimes with my husband as well, since we do our laundry right up the street. I've been quite disappointed with this location for a while, but have been dealing with it. It honestly just gets worse and worse as time goes on. They've been "remodeling" this store for... YEARS.. now. There's always piles of supplies for said remodel laying in the one corner, or the other.. or both! There's usually never all the lights on in the dinning area during the daytime so its kind of dark on that side. If you do dine in, and you do find a clean table, you just have to eat with the light from the windows. Now, the service at this location is a whole OTHER situation. First, EVERY ONE of the workers has an ATTITUDE!!! Whether they're new or old employees, doesn't matter. I have never been SO irritated, walking into somewhere in a GREAT mood, and by the time I pay for my meal, they have me all types of annoyed! I deffinitely DO NOT appreciate being treated like a LIAR or THEIF when I bring in subway coupons!! They all act like they don't believe that you have a coupon, or that you're trying to steal from them, or that you're trying to get over on them.. like, when I brought a coupon for a 6" meal, when the girl went to ring me up, she DIDN'T BELIEVE that my sub was a 6"!!! She literally asked me TWICE if it was a 6", to which I nodded and replied "yes". She then turned to her coworker and asked her coworker TWICE if it was a 6"!! Lady, I have ZERO reason to LIE to you about a damn sandwich!! Yeah, cause I'm trying to give you a 6" coupon for a footlong sub.. get real! Who does that?! Another time I went in with a coupon for a footlong meal, and was SNAPPED AT, "Well, do you have the coupon ON YOU??"... NO.. I literally just said "I have a coupon", as it's IN MY HAND... but I don't have it on me.. as the girl rolls her eyes and continues with my sub. Cause apparently that's something people must do up there ALL the time that they feel the need to treat EVERY customer with coupons as if they're trying to get one over on them.. really?! I don't lie, I don't steal, I don't scam.. THANKS FOR THE ATTITUDE and ruining my day though. To add.. I added a photo of a recent receipt to show where I had a coupon for a $3.99 6" sub. I asked to add the meal (which includes the small drink and 2 cookies) to it, which is an additional $2.xx PLUS an additional 2 cookies which are supposed to be $.99 each. You can see instead of being charged correctly according to the menu prices, I was charged for EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM SEPARATELY! This receipt makes no sense.. I didn't think the total was completely correct when he told me how much my order came to, it was slightly off. But I was annoyed from being cut off when I first tried to tell the guy what I wanted, and juggling paying attention to so many different things at the time and he was also the only one waiting on customers going back and forth between my order and the 2 ladies behind me. When another worker asked if he needed help he said NO! Because the other 2 ladies had "simple easy subs". So I never said anything about my order, until I saw this on the receipt later and got annoyed knowing it was wrong to begin with. SMH! This location has got to get it together!! Its just every single time you go there its something..

I never leave reviews.. I will never be going here again. Young girl waited on me, terrible attitude!! Slamming stuff around and made it clear that I was an annoyance that I was there. Maybe don’t work in a customer service environment if you can’t be pleasant with others??

I love Subway. But this time I'm upset with the service. The young black lady has an attitude. My boyfriend order a meatball sub easy on the sauce. As she rolled her eyes. I will never come to Peach st. Subway again.
