Absolutely humiliating service. 30+ minute wait and they ignored every customization. After charging my for every sauce I added and not refunding for the ones removed, this is a real kick in the teeth. 7 staff members to colossally screw up my order at a snails pace. I'll get a refund in the app and never come back to this location.

Not sure how this place gets 4/5 stars when I wouldn't even giv3 it one! It's turned into broad st ghetto mcdonalds lite! I would not recommend eating at any of these places! The employees were cussing loudly for all to hear so definitely DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! BESIDES, YOUR RISK OF FOOD POISONING IS EXTREMELY HIGH AT THIS STORE. DIRTY MOUTHS SO MOST LIKELY DIRY STORE!

Poor service after 1:00am. I understand they close at 2, but we waited for 15 minutes to be ignored at the speaker to order. No cars at all before us. We even heard the employees laughing through the speaker at us. Very disrespectful and will not be here again.

Ordered a beef soft taco and a chicken chipotle melt along with my husband's order, never received chicken chip melt went to counter girl said oh ya I remember you ordered that she told guy to please make it I went to table to wait 10 min go by no food so went back up no one had even started it!!!!! I'm pissed I said nevermind we're done now! We left

I’ve gotten the grilled cheese burrito many times before and obviously they’re never consistent, but this is wild. It’s literally all tortilla.EDITED* just went tonight and i let them know the last time was horrible and they gave me my order for free….i wasn’t even being too much about it i just mentioned there wasn't much on it. I was very taken aback by this and appreciate them doing this for me so I’m changing the review ? everything was great this time. Thank you!

Ordered online. When I got there at the time I put i would be there on the app, it took almost 20 minutes before someone asked me how they could help me. Gave me the wrong size drinks and didn't get my cheesy gordita crunch. Instead they gave me a chalupa! The gordita crunch was more money...??
