They consistently get my online orders wrong. At this point, it is on me for continuing to order here even though it is close to my work. When I use the online order system, they'll ask me to confirm that my order is correct on the screen. Every time, it is shown correct but is given to me incorrectly.
The CT Chicken Bowl had very little black beans and for $8 was not worth it, also my Solf Taco had very little anything in it, very disappointed

Once again the Kindness of Erie strikes again and totally blows my mind! It just feels different here. Due to timing and hours of places I relied on fast food during my visit here and I have to say staff at each place was just incredible.I ordered online and my order was ready, correct, presented well, and the guy at the window was super chill and polite.Manners go a long way and it’s just awesome to experience when away from home. Thank you!!!Vegetarian options: They are able to accommodate and substitute ingredients in menu for vegetarians.Parking: Good parking!

Oh entered in the store T 11:55pm bc door was open and the guy was cleaning and he let me in ….but there was tall white guy was in the back literally start crying over me coming late even tho drive through was still open ….and he curse in the back the whole time and took them 20 minutes for a casadia and bean borito….can only imagine what miserable life he’s living….if he hate it that much go get a actual job that can make you happy instead of living in misery…feel sorry for him and his surroundings

Food prepared wrong. Low on staff or staff is just inattentive. Dining room in disarray. Used the self order computers. Everything after that was horrible. Long wait times as well for elderly couple waiting to order at counter. Main miss here was the food not prepared correctly. Taco Bell staples are massacred at this location.
