We had a great time here! Alexander was our server and he was so sweet to my kids and even helped my oldest decide what to get. Our food came out in a timely manner and tasted great, as always!Kid-friendliness: I've brought my kids on several occasions, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The kids menu is similar to other nearby restaurants, they have high chairs and include coloring pages and crayons for kids.
Never been to one and up here to visit, arrived and there’s no staff in sight, nobody to greet you at the door, stood around and waited …. How do you run a restaurant with nobody to serve or seat you??

Got a large appetizer, it was half warm, half dried out, and just not very impressive. The boneless wings were about half covered with sauce. 03/24, Revised, the menu got smaller and the food was better than last time.

We came in for a late dinner after a long moving day. We arrived @8:15 pm on Thursday March 14.We waited ten minutes before a beverage order. Another twenty for food, and then another twenty before I got up and walked over to ask for a to go box and a check.I feel that staff needs trained on attentive customer service.We FINALLY left 9:55pmExhausted..Dietary restrictions: Low cholesterol dietVegan
Food was just ok. Waiting staff didn’t care much about anything. Picked up our drinks without even asking / checking. We weren’t even done.Hardly any crowd - and service was not adequate.

Our waiter was fine. Food was mediocre at best. Had to ask for napkins. My cheeseburger was med rare. I wanted it med well. Waiter didn't come back for a long while so I had to eat it. Ordered 12 wings Togo I should have checked them. My fault. They were small, dry, and almost all wings there were only 2 dry legs. There should be an equal number of legs and wings. Do better.

Worst service ever received. Waiter Alexander was terrible. Took 15 minutes to greet us which was understandable as it was somewhat busy. Had to ask for napkins and silverware when food came. Then we waited 20 minutes for a check after the place had emptied out. Watched the waiter walk around ignoring us. Finally had to ask the manager for the check. I gave him my card so we didn't have to wait longer. The waiter comes back with the receipts but no card. Never had that happen before. First time I have ever left a restaurant without giving a tip. The manager who found my card then rudely said No tip? as I was leaving.
