Aspen “The Hiring Manager” is one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure of talking too. Not only did the mess up a mobile or and insist on telling me they didn’t have it and then found it u dear Victoria that I gave the wrong name when my app says Jazmin. Then Aspem decided to get upset when I wanted to know when the GM would be in that I never had such a hard time here. She proceeded to laugh… I told her i understand good service get hard but she literally is management gets paid the extra bucks to keep her composure and fix the issue … we will find another coffee spot thanks to aspen

I don’t come often because I hate the parking lot so much, gave it another chance though since it was right on the way to my baby’s daycare and my job. I always would get the same order every day (bagel toasted with cream cheese & bacon). One day the girl forgot to put it on so I had to turn around and come back. When I got to the window she told me I needed to pay for the bacon stating she didn’t hear me so she didn’t charge me for bacon. I was ordering the same thing every day so I know I said it- and I don’t mind paying but since I had to turn around and come back because of her mistake, I felt that the least she could do was just apologize and give me the correct order. I gave back the old bagel too, like I promise I wasn’t out here trying to scam y’all for an extra bagel and $1.58 worth of bacon lol. I stopped going back after that.

It is slow. The croissant looked like it was run over by a car tire. You cannot use the bathroom unless you get the key they cannot locate.

I never go to Tim Horton’s for an obvious reason but I wanted soup. They were out of soup and chili at 12 in the afternoon so I settled for a “grilled cheese panini”. The easiest sandwich and they do it like this.. sticking to never going to Tim Horton’s.

This is a decent location. I stopped in for breakfast in the drive through. The sandwich was cold, which sucked, but the hash browns were hot. The double double comes out of a machine, so it's always perfect. I got the food pretty quickly and the staff was nice.
Couldn't get a hold of manager but tried calling. Ordered two hot chocolates and one coffee. The coffee tastes awful just like pickle juice. Too far away to request a refund or something else but they should not serve people this.

Whoever is working there today 10/01/23 at approx 2:30 at the register and making food near the pickup area... REALLY NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stood there for 10+ minutes waiting to pick up an order and they didn't even acknowledge my existence. So FINALLY after watching 3 other people get served, I asked the little girl preparing my food about my order. She said it was the bag sitting on the counter (as if I didn't have time to see that it wasn't mine in those 10+ minutes). I let her know it wasn't mine and she said "ugh okay can you talk to the worker behind the counter?" Lol I walked out. I would have loved to talk to her if she didn't acknowledge everyone but me.

The ladies at this location are exceptional, very outgoing and sensitive to your needs. Service is excellent and food quality is worth the money. I've gone to most of the locations around and this is by far the best.
