I ordered a pizza from here online for delivery. I was vision impaired and could not drive. It said it would take 45-55 min. Two hours later I called and asked about my pizza. Mind you I live about .5 miles away or less. They said they don't have delivery. I'm not sure why delivery was available on the app. Or, why they couldn't have called and told me they couldn't make it. Thank you for wasting my time.

I got a dinner box with a pizza, cheese sticks, those cinnamon sticks and they're was melted plastic on the bottom of my cinnamon sticks. It was Disgusting.

I ordered two pizzas on Christmas Eve . I never received them and the workers were so disgusting in their mannerisms to try to help me with my issue. I was ignored over the phone 3 seperate times and told lies that my driver would arrive anytime. I got so mad i drove in the blizzard and to my surprise they were not remaking my pizzas. But instead they were cleaning off their cars and preparing to go home and told me that it was too bad that we didn't get our food basically good night.I even told them that my six-year-old son was at home upset that he couldn't have his pizza and so I had to leave in a blizzard to come see if the guys at Pizza Hut would maybe be remaking. our pizza. He said he believes his driver over his customers. Way to steal from a new customer at Christmas time.

Ordered a pizza from the 4402 BUFFALO RD location yesterday and it was one of the worst pizzas I ever had. They have shown me that other places out-pizza them.

Ok so I ordered pizza at 6:38 the Pizza Hut is 10 minutes from the hotel (just didn't wanna do a pickup) here it is 8:47 and still no freaking pizza as I leave this review. Will not be ordering again. And I love Pizza Hut I did call the store and was told they don't hold pizzas that long. That's good to hear but I still don't have my pizza and wings

We ordered delivery to our hotel on the way through town. I guess the Peach location isn't worried about whether or not the customers they view as transient are particularly satisfied or not! Our pizza wasn't cut through all the way, which was difficult given that we didn't have kitchen supplies with us. Our "buffalo wings" were almost entirely dry, sitting unmixed and uncoated in a bowl of sauce. Our cinnamon breadsticks didn't come with the icing and had so little cinnamon

This Pizza Hut is right next door to my hotel. So I placed a pick up order. The online order process was quick and easy and the order was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. Service was friendly and both the pizza and chicken wings were delicious. Definitely recommend this Pizza Hut location.

The food never disappoints here, unlike the disappointment that is my son. Who chose to go to Art School instead of getting a trade degree in literally anything else. Staff seems kinda dead inside, but EY FORGET ABOUT IT! WE'RE HERE FOR DA PIZZA, EH?!
Worst breadsticks I have ever seen! Burnt bread. I can’t believe someone actually put them in the box to sell...smh.

Don't recommend the creamy chicken Alfredo because it has about 4 noodles in it and is swimming in sauce. It's a heart attack waiting to happen. There were like no people here and it still took forever for them just to bring out our drinks. And the Alfredo was said to come with garlic bread and they didn't bring it to me. I had to ask them where the garlic bread was and so they brought it to me 15 minutes after I got my food. Wouldn't recommend.

At first they couldn't find it but remembered making it...then they found it and was going out for delivery...then blamed the internet...we just canceled order.....next time...oh yeah there will not be a next time...

First time I've ever had a bad experience with this location. The service was terrible. Came here on a Thursday for the buffet around 12:15 and there wasn't that many customers inside. The waitress said that they would be with my party and I momentarily, so we sat down and waited 2-3 minutes to get our drinks and then go get some food. The waitress never showed up so I got some pizza and ate through the first plate in minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting, the waitress finally comes to ask what we want to drink. Then a few minutes pass and more people start coming in. I saw at least 3-4 tables that needed to be cleaned up and the customers for lunch hour were filling in the restaurant. I noticed there wasn't that much pizza in the buffet area. My anticipation if there being no food from that point was correct. There was no pizza and there was many parties waiting for one to come out. It didn't even take 5 seconds for a whole pizza to disappear. I didn't even want to bother trying to get a piece. The staff couldn't even keep up with making food during an average day at primary lunch hour. The waitress only came by once for refills but never came at our table again, so one of our party members had to walk up to the counter and ask for it. Overall, very poor service and won't be coming back again for this. I personally knew the manager from a year ago and ever since they left the place has gone downhill.
