“I went inside today to order. The lady at the register was so polite and smiled. She offered suggestions and put in my order. She then began filling up packets, keeping busy with things rather than talking on her phone. Someone on the grill waved to me and smiled. My order was filled promptly and (this is very important), the sandwich was put together carefully. I am so tired of getting sandwiches that are falling apart or coming apart. Kudos to staff and to Burger King. A really nice experience.“

“The food here is so so flavourful! Absolutely delicious! The flavors are so complex your pallet will be overwhelmed but in the best way. Our waiter was so personable and attentive. “So glad Jersey Mike's opened in Mt. Lebanon. The store is convenient, with easy parking and easy access. The store is clean and new, so I like going there. The workers were friendly and did not rush us as we decided what to get. Ended up with four people sharing two large subs: Philly cheesesteak and Italian. Both were really good and fresh. Nice amount of toppings. Bread was fresh. Enjoyed the overall experience.“

“It's been a long whole since I've had Raising Canes. Las Vegas over 4 years ago was the last time I was able to order these wonderfully crispy tenders. Still has juicy and fresh as I remember them. The food isn't as good as some other local small business ice cream shops but the service is above average and the atmosphere and location are central to a lot of other places making this an excellent place to go for ice cream!Parking: Parking is in an adjacent lot, business is on a steep hill so turning into and out of the lot can be difficult. Parking is free and plentiful though.“

“We love this DQ. They do such a great job. They're super efficient and always super friendly. Getting the DQ App has been a game changer. It makes things so much easier. We use it to order at home and then roll up and it's always ready. They also have great specials in the app. We've had all kinds of sweet treats. “My wife and I are here on our first anniversary. Just got done with the Heinz museum and looking for a bite to eat. I see a sign for a Chicken and Fish place, thought we’d go in and get a quick bite and head out but no. Go in, super unique atmosphere, my man Huseyin running the show solo. I got the fried tilapia and my wife got the parm garlic wings. The wings were HUGE and so juicy. My tilapia was expertly battered and fried and everything was seasoned to absolute perfection. This establishment alone makes me want to move to downtown Pitt. Much love from one cook to another.“

“Was in Pittsburgh for the night and wanted to find somewhere quick to eat that want McDonalds or Wendys. Laynes popped up with a good rating so I got the grilled cheese and the three finger meal. “I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. Didn't realize the one side is for take out/pick-up (until we saw the signs on the doors) and the other door we went into was a bar with tables. No one was in there except the bar tender/waitperson but he immediately greeted us and let us know how to order-directly to him. Anyway-it's a rather dark, trendy bar/restaurant area with corrugated steel on the walls (former steelworker here lol). I ordered the chicken sandwich with "No Heat" and my wife ordered hers with #1 heat level (waitperson told us it's basically a Cajun spice). We also made it a combo with the waffle fries and a soft drink. The chicken-according to my wife-is "to die for! Perfectly cooked with none of those grisley, chewy tendon surprises you get elsewhere--you know--you're chowing down on the chicken loving every bite then-bam! A yucky, chewy, disgusting piece of tendon--then-you're done! Nope-this chicken is properly cleaned and prepared. I'd recommend getting at least the #1 spice level because otherwise, the plain is just, PLAIN. But the crunch on that chicken is awesome. The waffle fries are crispy, golden, hot and plentiful. We were stuffed! We also shared a cup of coleslaw but since my wife makes "the best"--well skip it next time. We will definitely return for the best fried chicken we've had in a long time. The waitperson was very nice, helpful and attentive. Restaurant is clean and neat-restroom was also clean which tells you a lot about the rest of the place! Great job Bird On The Run--you've got a winner there!“

I did like the music coming into of the kitchen instead of the music coming out of the dining room speakers, so I wish they would have turned the country music off. “The FOOD was good. Quick drive through service. We ordered the family feast, a 5 pc tender basket, and a few extra sides. Everything was in 1 giant bag that barely fit through my van window. Pulled ahead and checked order, we were missing the 5 pc tender basket. I drove back around to window, explained what happened, and they asked me to hand back the giant bag with all the food in it so they could put the 5pc into the bag. I said “no, you can just hand the basket to me”, they requested a second time “because the manager wants it”. I asked to speak to the manager - he was standing at the fryers in back. “I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up.
