“Some of the best wings around. I've had their food for dine in and takeout. I even ordered their wings for a large surprise party, and they were delicious! Highly recommend Jigger's!”
“Overall, this was a great and pleasant experience for my fiancé and I! We had a sweet cider from a can and it was very flavorful and tasty! The beer was 8$ which is slightly steep, however. The ambiance was warm and inviting! Overall I'm very happy with this brewery!”
“Such a great local haunt. Couldn't ask for more. Great atmosphere. Live music. Wide selection of liquors. Friendly crowd and atmosphere. And the barkeep that works the Tuesday night shift is truly the most amazing. Will definitely be back when I'm next passing through.”
“Thanks so much to the polish American club for inviting Bill Shadler to come perform for you. We had a great time. The inside decor is gorgeous. Everyone was very friendly. We are hoping to be invited back.”
“Market District is Giant Eagle's upscale grocery store chain. For my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary party, I ordered catered food from this Market District. I will write a positive 4-star review for this particular location of Market District because the catered food tasted very good, but I do want to point out that the employees committed some large mistakes. Read on: Over two weeks before the party, I called the store to ask about their cut-off time for ordering catered food and their recommended pickup hour. The manager said that he needed only 3+ days of advance notice, and he recommended that I select a pickup time that was close to the time of the party so the hot food would remain hot. On that same day, I ordered the food through Giant Eagle's website. The website sent me an automated email that listed the specific foods, quantities, prices, and pickup time. Minutes later, a team leader emailed me to confirm my catering order. My in-laws' anniversary party would begin at 4 PM, so our pickup time was 3-3:30 PM. On the day of the party, I and three family members arrived at the catering area at 2:50 PM (yes, a bit early) to pick up the foods. The catering area was located near the aisle that has beers and wines. A catering employee kindly greeted us, and he began to carefully place our foods into our shopping carts. My order was large, and the employee tried his best to keep track of the foods as he removed them from refrigerators and warmers and placed the containers in our shopping carts. Unfortunately, the sushi department had misread our order of 6 trays as only 1 tray, so we had to wait a long time for the employees to make 5 additional trays of sushi. Then the catering employee accidentally dropped 1 tray of sushi on the floor, so we had to wait again for the sushi employees to make additional sushi. In total, we waited for about one hour! Because of the mistakes with the sushi, my husband and I ended up arriving late to the anniversary party. Before we departed the grocery store, the catering employee and the sushi employees sincerely apologized to us multiple times. The manager or team leader also apologized, and he handed us a gift card for $10. We had paid a total of $1,379.44 for the food, so the $10 gift card seemed very small. Here are my reviews for the catered foods: Hand-breaded chicken tenders - 5 stars - These chicken tenders were a large size, contained juicy white meat, and had a slightly salty breading. I had chosen sauces in flavors of buffalo, BBQ, garlic parmesan, and honey mustard. My family members said that they really liked these chicken tenders. Fruit platters - 5 stars - These fruit platters consisted of strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, pineapple, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. These fruits were fresh and tasted very good. Mini-sandwich platters - 4 stars - I had ordered one platter with roast beef, ham, and turkey sandwiches and one platter with egg salad, tuna salad, and chicken salad. The sandwiches were a convenient size, and they tasted OK. Crudite platters - 4.5 stars - The vegetables included fresh tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, carrots, and celery sticks. In the middle was a container of ranch dip. Caesar salad - 3 stars - This salad contained romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons. The lettuce and cheese were fresh, but the croutons were soggy. The employees forgot to give us caesar dressing! Meatballs - 4 stars - These meatballs were Italian-style and were served hot with marinara sauce. I ate one meatball and thought that it tasted fine. Macaroni salad - 4.5 stars - The ingredients of pasta, celery, onions, egg, and mayonnaise-dijon dressing tasted very good. Cheese and pepperoni trays - 4.5 stars - These trays contained colby jack, swiss, pepperjack, and cheddar cheeses as well as pepperoni and beef sticks. On the side were pimento cheese and jalapeño cheese for dipping. Potato salad - 4.5 stars - The ingredients of potatoes, celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise-dijon dressing, and relis”

“I go once in awhile great place to stop . Owner Moe's the bartenders and people are always very nice. I always enjoy myself . Never had a problem. Prices are very reasonable.”
“First time we ordered from here. We got the veggie pizza with white sauce and a Sicilian with pepperoni and mushrooms. While the Sicilian could have used a little more sauce, both pizzas were excellent. Fresh mushrooms! Veggie pizza had lots of cheese and fresh onions, peppers, tomatoes and onions. Delivery driver was so friendly and exactly on time. We will order again!”
“The ambiance is great and is similar to your local brewery. There are plenty of bar seating and tables indoors. There is also an outdoor seating area. The servers at the bar are very pleasant and helpful. They do not have food necessarily, but food trucks offer selections.”
“Everyone is so friendly there. The food is always good, the Taco meat was pretty salty but it was ok. Everything was really good except for that. I recommend this place for good food and friends. :)”
“I used to go to Penn Monroe in the 90s in Monroeville and someone recently told me that Penn Murry was started by a few of the ex employees. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and everyone was very friendly. I will be going back again soon!”
“Great place food is really good prices are good. Nice place to watch sporting events.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sureWheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair access”
“I generally come early morning as soon as you open. The girls are always super friendly with a welcoming atmosphere! The coffee is delicious and I enjoy it way more than any other coffee place.Dietary restrictions: They offer a variety of gluten free bakery items!Parking: They have a small parking lot behind the coffee shop fitting 7 cars probably. There’s plenty of street parking along the building and across from it!”
“You’re missing out if you haven’t tried Sforno’s yet. The staff is super nice and pleasant, the interior of the restaurant makes you feel at home, and the food is AMAZING! Try for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Jeannette needed a restaurant like this.”
“I’m writing this review based on a catering order placed over the weekend and also all of our past visits to the restaurant. I can tell you how much everyone loved the food! It was all spectacularly prepared and presented beautifully. There were a couple of our guests that had already been to the restaurant and knew they were getting a real treat, but we had A Lot of guests that never tried Sittay’s food before and were totally blown away!!! They made me promise to let you know you have some new customers for life ?.Thanks again for bringing everything out and making a very special day incredibly delicious!”
“Owner is such a kind person. Came here after a very long day at work and he gave me a free mango lassi to drink while I waited for the food.Food is absolutely delicious and great por New India Grill is my new favorite spot.”
“As a Texan, I know BBQ. Big Rig BBQ is legit. The brisket grilled cheese was amazing. Grilled to perfection, crispy outside, and melty cheesy goodness with tender brisket. The service was outstanding. The location was clean, inviting and had great music playing the entire time.Definitely coming back.”
“I hope this place never closes. This is why it's important to support small businesses. You can't get this kind of service and quality at a large chain shop. I always look forward to coming here and recommend it to everyone!”
“I called this store as my order never made it to its destination. They, without question, delivered a new order within the hour. Super appreciative and impressed. Thank you!!!”
“I LOVE THIS PLACE. The variety of Lattes is extensive here. A laid back environment and its very open with alot of seating which other small independent coffee shops lack.”
“We bought a shark cake for our daughter's 3rd birthday. Tasty Bakery went above our expectations. People came over to the table to take pictures because this cake was amazing. From the detail to the overall taste of the cake was incredible. Would recommend this company. They made a little girl's dream cake come to life! Thank you!!”
“Good food, good cocktails, friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars if the prices were a little lower. Kind of expensive for the area, and if they were a bit lower it would make the perfect go to frequent spot.”
“My wife and I consider ourselves foodies.. We often find ourselves disappointed when visiting restaurants in Pittsburgh. However, this was not the case when visiting Jillians. We were more than impressed. Jillian's can compete with some of the best restaurants in Shadyside and downtown Pittsburgh. The menu was exceptional. The dishes were creative, and the quality of ingredients was impressive. Our server (Jillian) was authentic, pleasant, charming, and informative. It is refreshing to have a dining experience like this. This place is a diamond in the rough. We will be recommending this to our family and friends.Parking: We had no problem parking on a Thursday.”
“We got coffee and sandwiches here once and both were great! Staff/owners were friendly and you get the feeling that it's a couple just living out their dream. We loved ”
“Approved by my first generation Sicilian dad! Got him a 1/2 pound of cookies (sesame and pignoli were favorites) for his birthday. Service was great and prices are fantastic. I can't believe I've been in Pittsburgh for years without knowing about this place- can't wait to go again!”
“Can I give this place 500000 Stars!?! One of my ultimate favorites in my travels! Mariah is so amazing! She knows what I need from food to drinks without even telling her! That alone should be a great experience, but watching her interact with her customers lifts your day to so many other levels! By far my fave staff member! But.... also.... The management team, hostesses and hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and all of the crew really make you feel like you walked into a place that you frequent in your home town! Definitely a must visit here!”
“1st time at this coffee shop, it's so cozy and unique the employees are super nice and the pastries look delicious, we ordered a lavender matcha, and it was soo good one of the best I've ever had. Definitely worth the trip, will be going ”
“Got a fish sandwich it was really good and a decent size. Their fryer wasn't working so couldn't get fries but it's ok bc it was huge. Tartar was delicious. Service was great and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.”
“I have been wanting to try this place so bad so glad doordash was an option. Today I finally got my first order. The double chz added bacon..of course.. order of gravey fries, and a ban, kiwi, straw, pineapple smoothie..I added orange. I was extremely happy with everything was absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!!”
“This is the place that locals in the know love to go for lunch. They've got great sandwiches (which are filling). If you show up right at lunch time expect to stand in line for about 5 to 10 minutes, and have a small wait for your food as well. This place gets very busy. If you're into deli style food for lunch, well worth the wait.”
