One of the last remaining options in the mall food court and they still do a ton of business in person and for delivery services like Door Dash and Uber Eats. Good to see a restaurant still operating in the dying Exton Square Mall.
This Chick-fil-A is in the food court at the Exton Square Mall. The food court has its own entrance at the back of the mall with lots of parking available. For being a mall food court location, the service was fast, and they seemed to have the full regular menu. A huge amount of seating is available in the food court, and it's kept clean by the mall staff. Employees wonderful. Seleni was amazing. Management is awful. Had a meal over a week ago messed up and I called for help. Management never bothered calling back. Tonight management wouldn’t help and wanted me to leave the store empty handed and call back tmrw to get it figured out. Thank you to the employees. Management get a clue!
