10/10 Every time I visit their quality hasn’t faltered since opening (quality and flavor selection has actually improved since opening). To the people who don’t have a good experience with chocolate therapy: why is that? (not asking for a rant, just a simple explanation of what happened) Some of these reviews are people who may have been upset by an experience, but failed to accurately review the product they received at the time of purchase.

We always adored the ambiance , cleanliness of this place, also enjoyed the taste and quality of their cakes.Would still recommend this place to friends and family.I am a google local guide and rarely post a negative review about a small business.***THIS ONE STAR REVIEW IS TO POINT OUT THE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WE HAD***One day we walked into this store to buy cup in a cake as usual, some customer returned a cake complaining that its bad.We were unaware of this and the store owner made us taste this stale cake and asked us how it tasted, without even telling us it was a stale cake. And told us about the situation, after making us taste the cake.Horrible way to deal with the customers, the service is going south due to this attitude. She didn’t apologize after this incident and was adamant to accept that the cake went stale.**EDIT**The customer felt the cake went bad, you felt the cake is good. When there is a difference on opinion, you cant push your opinion on to us by making us to taste the stale cake.When we told the cake tasted bad/stale, you didn’t accept it or apologize to us.You are still hesitant to apologize to us for making us taste the stale cake. Which is really bad customer service.

The store location could be dolled up some and the communication could have been better for sure but have eaten two different flavored cakes from this business and have really enjoyed both. I generally don't like cakes, find most cakes too sweet and thick but both cakes from here have been soft, light, moist and airy without an overly sweet or thick filling and frosting. The prices for a basic as well as a custom cake are very reasonable compared to other bakeries. Will definitely be back to order again.

Love their cakes and always been fan of the quality. Today, I bought one of my favourite "Tiramasu" in a cup cake. The quality and size of cup both has gone down from what it was a year ago. Definitely disappointed. I hope they work on it.

Great place especially for that very special custom cake! They are artists! I wanted a very specific cake based on video game characters and with just one photo as a reference they blew me away and exceeded my expectations! I felt the price was very reasonable for such custom work and the taste was amazing!!! Photo is 9f the finished cake and the other image was a reference image. Great job!!!!Parking: Easy parking close to the shop.

I stopped into Chocolate Therapy with no expectations of what I was going to experience.. and WOW! I was beyond impressed. The shop was clean and welcoming.Spandana was so kind, she walked me through all of the desserts they had to offer. I went with the hot chocolate cake cup and cream puff. YUM!! Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth like me!

Recently I had to order a cake for my daughter's bday and It was of great diss appointment that I should have not ordered here. Number I had to keep texting and reminding her for the cake until last minute and whenever I called to place a request they never picked and even not cared to call back. Number 2, In the google form I clearly mentioned to write Happy birthday for my daughter. But they missed to write on it which was a great disappointment for my girl who had huge expectation on the cake. Number 3, they made my husband who went to collect the cake for atleast 30 mins and doing last minute touchups. Number 4 the cake was super expensive when i just ordered the base cake with just vanilla base and strawberry and the response she mentioned was if its customization its extra. I can forgive anything but not where the name for birthday girl is missed writing on the cake!

This is a unique cake shop with a wide range of flavors. We enjoyed the cakes / pastries here. We ordered cake here, an 18-inch cake. I went to pick up the cake and almost ended up waiting 25 minutes as they were doing the finishing touch on the cake. The cake tasted good. However, they forgot to write happy birthday on the cake. Overall, the design of the cake and finishing touches were brilliant but never mind floss that they have to fix to gain more customer confidence. The flavor of the cake was good. I felt on the lighter sweet side, which is fine, but the texture of the cake as such was fantastic. The interior ambiance of the store was great and good for a quick stop by and grab some desserts. The store is located in Mount small strip mall and has enough parking options. The staff is friendly. I will definitely try this place again.

My friends and I stop here for an indulgence once in a while. The hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows is rich and creamy! The cheesecake and cupcakes wont disappoint! They also have such unique flavors! All the women who work there are kind and knowledgeable! Try it out!

Every cake, and I mean, EVERY CAKE, we have ever ordered has been awesome. Even the eggless cakes have been moist. The latest was the chocolate mousse cake. Dude, that is the best so far. It's rich but light. Super moist and my kid wanted to eat it for every meal. There was a fight for the last piece. The staff is always helpful and they try to make sure what you ask them comes alive in their work. Will always go back to them for all our cakes.Kid-friendliness: If your kid can dream it, they'll make it!
