All the steaks are a good Angus cut, I believe,I love the way the design of all restaurants "cowboy or Texas style"I'm sure restaurants have a history,But for me i have two suggestions for the restaurants,Too salty, a good cut of steak, don't need too much salt ,And the menu is very old.I'm sure they make enough money to invest a little more to get other cuts or other taste and other sides to each plate. They offer lunch prices/servings every day but Sunday? $50 after tip for 1 adult and 1 teen to get 1 soda, 1 water, six chicken tenders each (the smallest portion available), and 2 sides each. You're better off getting the same thing for half the price at Chick-fil-A and it would taste the same. Too bad they are closed on Sundays.

Server was great. Very attentive.Bus girl bussed the booth on the other side of the wall from us. Placed dirty dishes on top of the wall tgar shared our boith, where we could see, or bump into. I asked her to take them away. She said thank you and proceeded to walk away. She left them there a while, then took them away as we were eating our meals. Not very nice.
