9 out of 10 times I'm driving up for a mobile order. Everything goes smoothly! The folks working there are always friendly. Unfortunately, on occasion, I'll get meat on at item I asked to have no meat on. I'm a vegetarian who's not too picky and will just remove it myself but if you are concerned about this be careful!

Ordered the overhyped lavender matcha today and got something that barely resembled the drink in the Starbucks commercial and the images on Starbucks’s website. The cold foam didn’t taste like lavender and there was literally a spoonful of foam (I order cold foam frequently so I’m fully aware of what it should look like.) unsatisfied with the product, I asked for a new one and was refused. For the record, the barista was a young AA woman with a large afro hairstyle. She was dismissive and rude and said “there’s nothing wrong with the drink.” When I asked why I got half of cup of ice when I asked for light ice, she said the amount of ice was “normal for light ice.” I felt heartbroken that I spent over $7 on such poor service and even sadder that this is what customer service looks like these days. The two other young women working there played on their phones the entire time a few customer waited in line. I will never go to this location again.

For as excellent as a spot on the map this store has, it should be better quality and also less terrible music. Really they have the lousiest of Starbucks streaming…it’s so bad the waitstaff are singing along mockingly to the countercultural retro song they’ve heard too often!

Prices continue to go up spending 14.53 for 2 coffees and they still shove a tip kiosk in your face. Time to boycott. The service has always been good though. Bye bye starbucksBoycotting

I love Starbucks!It wasn't always my favorite place as I don't actually drink coffee, and before it felt like Starbucks didn't have drinks for me. This was back when Teavanna was their own store in the mall, and Starbucks' secret menu wasn't well known.Now, I love going there. I still don't drink coffee, but their London fog tea latte is my all-time favorite!Cake pops are my secret treat every time I go!I love this location as it has a free library in the lobby, and a little donation center for school supplies during back to school, food pantry during the winter, and other stuff like that. It really tries to give the community a place to spend time relaxing or give them a place to come together with their donations.

Your typical Starbucks.I'd advise you to order ahead because they are very slow at taking orders and getting them out to you. The shop itself wasn't very clean. I liked the layout and there was a decent amount of comfy seating. I like that they have a bookcase if you want to sit, read, and relax for a bit. The drinks and food are always consistent but there isn't ever anything that stands out.Nothing at any Starbucks is ever great or horrible. The price increases from Starbucks are making me feel less and less likely to go for mediocre drinks and food.

Wonderful service and space! This was my first time here.My drink was perfection. The staff was very friendly & I was greeted warmly. This is the Starbucks experience we all come to love & expect.This location was very large and had lots of options for sitting. Many little areas to do work, meet with friends or enjoy some time alone.Great store, good people, easy parking & very clean.

This is a nice Starbucks! We go here to do work occasionally and it's always quite clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's a Starbucks, so the food and coffee are what they are, and a little over priced, but they get the job done. My only complaint is that the temperature is a little wacky in spots, like if you sit in a table by the sun you will bake. But if that's your thing, then it's not a problem at all.
