I ordered a burger for around 15 dollars and it came over cooked with no seasoning . I also got potatoes skins which was clearly premade as it was quite dry and underwhelming. The atmosphere was however was quite niche. My waitress came around very little. I would not eat here again as it was very mediocre and extra charges everywhere.Kid-friendliness: These place was promoting gambling and alcohol everywhere it was very not kid friendly.

Ordered a Prime Rib (medium rare) with baked Potato and I was told a cup of MD crab soup could be a side, also tried their fried shrimp. Prime Rib was "well done" baked potato was way over cooked, the soup was extra, and you get 3 small butterfly shrimp with "homemade" cocktail sauce that tastes like ketchup!! ?♂️1. Prime rib looked like it was baked. No grill or skillet marks almost looked thawed out from being frozen.2. It was WELL DONE!!3. Homemade cocktail sauce that actually just reminds you of ketchup.4. I was told I'd be reimbursed for my inconvenience, but no prevail and not worth pursuing. Just WON'T RETURN!!

My wife and I went there for the first time. She got AYCE crab legs.They were over cooked and cold.Had to send them back.I ordered a NY strip steak, asked for medium but it was well down. I ordered a half of pound of shrimp, they were cold and a bit bland.The crab soup was very bland too.Our only saving grace was the waitress, she was polite and gave us good service.
To begin, our service was great. No issues there. However, I feel I owe it to the owners & kitchen staff in hopes that they see this review and take it as constructive criticism. The food completely lacks seasoning, a salad came with rotten lettuce, hush puppies come dry and should be served with a sauce. The peas came without even a pinch of seasoning, no butter or salt or anything. The seafood has not made contact with any sort of flavorings, just thrown into the fryer. You can taste the scum from the fryer in the food. The broiled seafood has the opposite problem, completely murdered with spices to a point you cannot even taste the seafood. There is no thought put into the presentation, just a slopped mess thrown together on the plate. I’m sure the resources to create delicious food exists in this kitchen but they are not being used at all. If I would guess there is a lack of communication, organization, and training in the kitchen staff. There is always a way to improve and with a few changes the food could really come out better
