Very good burger. Would have enjoyed a few more sandwiches in the menu. Our server was good but I could have lived without the bar tenders running white supremisist conversation with a friend. Given the place was empty I got to hear it all. Everyone is entitled to their views but I don’t need to hear it at lunch. Jews. Nancy. Jan 6 and the FBI plants. Won’t be going back soon.

The food was delicious but the wait and service was terrible. We went for a bday reservation and the staff kept passing by until my husband had to walk to them to ask for service. Then the next day it happen again for dinner, they just looked at us and pass by while we were still waiting at the host table, again my husband had to look for services and we just decided to take it to go instead of dealing with more horrible service. When we got the food the fries were burnt and barely had any and the food was just cold as if it was made hrs ago.

Waited over 20 min to be acknowledged by one of the various server that passed by me at the host booth, I finally got fed up and had to walk up to one of the servers that was just talking with another at the bar. Mind you a few of them had made eye contact with me various times while I waited to be seated. At this time I just decided to take make my order to go, a simple cheese burger and fries. Once I open the box turns out the burger was old and cold as if it was just a messed up order that they decided to just throw in a box and same with the fries nice and cold and old. In a nutshell I highly recommend you save your money and get food elsewhere. Terrible service and restaurant all together.

Fun for the ski getaway, but make sure you do a lot of exercise. Not a ton of healthy options. Decent and they make improvements all the time. Prime rib nights!

This is a review for Eagle & Owl restaurant. We came on Thanksgiving because all the other restaurants were booked. There were only 3 other tables when we got here (3:30pm). The facility is very nice, new looking. Appears to be lots of parking. I had the turkey with stuffing, turkey was very tender, stuffing was good. My mom had the chicken with mashed potatoes ans green beans. Everything was good but the chiken was VERY bland, like wow. Service was friendly. They have a pool table, Foosball and shuffleboard table in the restaurant. Great views! Verry romantic and cozy lobby. I will return ans check out their brunch. They have good happy hour deals, $2 Yuengling beers on Mondays, $1 tacis on Tuesdays, etc. The house Chardonnay was excellent, highly recommend.

9/18/23 HIDEOUS SERVICE!! Wow! I’m in here as we speak, giving this place a second chance. What an incredible mistake that was!!!! Nothing has changed since we tried this place months ago. Servers walking by and never acknowledging us. Two other tables who came in sitting RIGHT BESIDE us and AFTER we arrived got waited on before we did. I had to flag down a server to ask if we could get a server. Again, the manager, bus staff and other servers walked by and never acknowledged us. That’s deflating. I know they’re busy and I understand if the food takes a while tonight but no drinks and no service is ridiculous. I have to wave down a server???? I went to the bar to get our beers on my own. Again, the manager, DIANA, walked by our table numerous times and just gave us a blank stare, while our glasses were empty, etc. Not sure what qualified her to be a manager. Very frustrated. I SELDOM COMPLAIN but back to back horrible experiences warrant a review. We were here for a special occasion and the staff here ruined that for my family. It’s 7:55 and we got here at 6:30 and we are now getting magnificent service. Unfortunately, that’s because I had to do a bit of complaining and get my own drinks. That’s extremely uncomfortable for me. Here are some positives, though I am never coming here for dinner again. EVER!!! However, I did want to thank the following!!!1. Phoenix the host was awesome. He got us a table, got us water, and did everything he could to accommodate us. He was as frustrated as we were that we weren’t getting service. I’m tipping him, not our servers.2. One of the recent manger hires came out to see us eventually. Her name is Michelle. She is awesome. Very personable and helpful and friendly. Of course, that was after she was made aware of our situation. She was genuinely sympathetic, however. Very kind!4. Shawn the bartender is always awesome. He is efficient and friendly and helpful. I should have sat at the bar.3. Two-plus hours into the evening, with the place emptied out, we are finally getting some outstanding service and attention from Diana, the manager. It is nice. Wow. Sure wish we would have gotten a fraction of this assistance the entire time we were being neglected and ignored.

I absolutely have to recommend this place. Great atmosphere, super service and delicious food. I had the Reuben with fries. Fries were really fresh, seasoned perfect and came out hot. The Reuben was very tasty and is usually my go to sandwich when going to a new place. The restaurant inside is surrounded by windows and great views of the mountains and ski lift. A nice looking bar for those looking to relax with friends and an adult beverage. Service was spot on. Our server was very attentive and helpful when ordering. Definitely a must stop restaurant when in the area.

We originally we just going to stop in for a drink but after looking at the menu we decided to give it a chance. So glad we did. Had the nachos and each couple split the BBQ Burger and the Pizza special which was pork BBQ, cheese and onion straws. All the food was great! The atmosphere and service was good too!!
