Unfortunately my boyfriend and I did not have a good experience here. I have always enjoyed the food here but the service was terrible. No one was around when it came to drink refills and they forgot my boyfriends side order of white rice. It was disappointing to hear they did not serve yum yum sauce. On top of that, the seating felt squished together and in my opinion, the portion sizes were not worth the price they charged.

The BEST hibachi ever! I’ve been to a few different ones in the area but none have ever been good as A1. This has been our go to for more than a decade now for our family. Food is always consistent & delicious (the salad dressing they use especially ?… I need that recipe!) And our cooks are always super fun & entertaining. Love it here!

They stand by and rush you as a herd of cattle. Same routine. Took my 3 grandkids for the first time and though they were somewhat entertained, we were not.The staff does not have a nice personality at all. Look hateful.But here was the final straw;THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE SHRIMP!DISGUSTING

They have roaches. We sat down at hibachi to eat and there was a roach next to the grill and the worker came out with a rag that he uses and killed it like it was nothing. So disgusting.

We eat here all the time. I typically give the cook a $30 tip for cooking and then I give the mandatory 18% that they tack onto the bill. On a $140 bill I give them $55.00 TIP. I guess so they can cheat on their taxes they give you a 5% discount if paid in cash. I did the math and it was $9.00 off the bill. I gave them the whole amount. We are waiting at the front to buy some salad dressing and the waiter comes out and starts yelling at my wife and showing her the money like we just ran out on the check. The waiter said that they were short $1.00 dollar on a bill of $200.00. Their math was off and they tried embarrassing me and my family for $1.00. I spend over $1,000.00 a month in this place. Safe to say I went off on the whole staff. They lost a good customer over them not knowing how to count.

Absolutely terrible. From the dirty looking place with carpeting around the cooking area, supplies all over and super out dated. Then the food! This food was terrible! They use no seasoning other than teriyaki sauce, nothing else. The rice was terrible with nothing in it, the steak was just cooked, again no seasoning. Everything tasted old and flavorless. The service overall was rude and inattentive. Save yourself the bad experience and go down the street to Arrirang for some really great food. Lord knows we did. We just left and I'm writing this as I wait for my food at Arrirang. Stay away!!!
