I usually go to the new falls location (10/10 in every aspect) but had to stop here. Ive stopped here before and every time, they mess up my order. Today I ordered the same (a coldbrew with caramel and oatmilk), and they handed me a black coldbrew. I asked if they could add some more oat milk, and emphasized I like my coffee light. They then handed me back the same drink, and it's completely undrinkable. Save your money and drive the extra couple miles to a location that actually cares about your order.
This is the best Dunkin that I have ever been to. They are so nice and the orders are always accurate. The drive thru is the fastest that I have seen. I wish all Dunkins were like this one.

STOP hiring teenagers that don’t want to work and don’t care about customers. Never coming back to this location, gave them multiple chances, but every time is something wrong with order, they don't know how to make drinks, food tastes dry and bad, how is this possible???Waste of money.
