Grossest salad I've ever had. Too much dressing, cheese and chicken smelt awful and had weird texture. Lovely and quick service but food was a disaster.

We always get salads here and have been happy with our orders. We order from Saladworks at least once a week and the staff are friendly and efficient.

99.9% positive I got food poisoning from eating a salad here on 11/25/23 for dinner. This has been reported to department of ag. Please do not eat from here until they start following proper food safety guidelines.

I don't regularly complain about tipping but to ask me to tip 4 dollars tip for a eight minute service is excessive. I have to get my own utensils This is just a cheap employer trying to get me to subsidize his poor pay for his

Food was fine, mediocre per usual, I'm paying $17 for a damn salad. Lol the manager proceeded to have an attitude that I grabbed the wrong Togo box and handed me the correct one, and said "if you would've waited". I believe nothing is below me but seriously that manager sucked and acted like the world was ending

My husband and I were in town for work and went into the Langhorne location yesterday for dinner. The staff was very young and didn't have any social skills. They were very awkward and didn't seem to know their job well. I ordered a create your own salad. I got mixed greens with iceberg. No pasta. One of my toppings were the chic peas. I got my dressing on the side. I got back to my hotel and took the lid off of the salad. All I could smell was something sour. The chic peas were slimy and rotten. I even tasted one to see if it was maybe just the seasonings on them. Nope. I had to toss the salad. The mixed greens were all wilted too. No dinner for me. I sure didn't need to get sick while so far from home. I called the facility and the young girl who answered didnt seem to care about what I had to say. I was very direct and simply said that they need to remove the chic peas as they were sour. The girl said... ok. Thanks. Bye.I won't be returning to this location

Had great salads twice here. Everything was fresh with great choices. I did a "make your own" with the toppings I like best. Will certainly go back when visiting that area again.

Horrible customer service, gave us very small portions of food. They gave us the wrong lettuce we asked for. We were given very bad attitude from the one girl who was working. The lights were turned out on us while we were ordering. They put all of their ingredients away before closing. I’ve never had such and experience from salad works before, its a shame.

Got food poisoning. Ate there ~2pm on a Saturday. Created my own salad with spinach, butternut squash, egg, grilled chicken, edamame, and thousand island dressing. My roll was also hard and stale. Please be careful.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I go here all the time and lately the employees are miserable and rude. I won't be back to this location after my last experience. I asked for extra lettuce because my salad was so skimpy and for a salad that's over $12 , an extra scoop on lettuce that didn't even look fresh shouldn't be a problem but it was. He told me no and his reasoning was because they only come in this size and then I asked if he could just charge me an extra topping so I could have extra lettuce and still refused. Completely unacceptable. After that service I decided to just leave without a salad and it's so funny that when you check out they ask you if you want to tip now lol. Heck no. Unbelievable.

Their salad made me extremely ill and when I let them know the GM of their store lied and acted as if he was a regular employee. I was told that the actual manager would call me later and go over everything to see what they could do but that how could I get sick from their food many others would have complained. Amazing for a company not to take responsibility or have any type of accountability for their mistake. This call happened at ten am, I waited until 545pm as to not bug them and give them time. I called them back only to find out both the GM and assistant manager had been there and had left already. It was brushed off and shows how much they really care about their guests. Saladworks has no customer service number or anything to get a hold of of them. This is insane, they don't care about us only about the money!!!
