Always a great experience. We have been eating Tim's food since it was the food truck and we love coming out to the shop. We recently got reubens for St. Patrick's Day and it was easily the best reuben in town. Also Tim made homemade Reuben tater tots that were one of the best things I've eaten in a while. I especially how the restaurant collaborates with other businesses and is willing to make creative eats constantly.

Dear owner- I complained when my brisket was served very fatty, I couldn’t eat it, and the other meats in the 3 meat sampler were served to me cold . When I complained I was told that “… (I) …wasnt monitoring your food coming out.” But they disnt offer to make it right either . Terrible terrible terrible . We used to come here all the time,, and adored this place, but food and service has deteriorated over the past year, With only 4 other diners in here at 5:30pm, you would expect them to do something right . Food served cold, my sides were served on someone else’s plate. This is 2 for 2 now … 2 back to back fatty brisket bad meals in the past 9 months, and it falls on deaf ears,. Is anybody home ? What happened guys? You used to be good .

We were in Erie yesterday, I happened to be driving by and noticed the sign and thought a Big Lebowski-inspired BBQ joint sounds awesome.We stopped by Saturday at 3pm and were the only customers at the time. I was a little disappointed there was no sweet tea, no fries, and one of the sauces I wanted to try as out as well. It happens, but still a little bummer.Pros:- Big Lebowski theme.- The interior is nice. The back outside area too.- The brisket was good.Cons:- The mac wasn't great. I'm reading through other comments and see that I'm not the only one who has been disappointed by this. I've had smoked mac elsewhere that was perfect, so it can be done.- We both didn't care for the cornbread and we both generally love cornbread. It was kind of hard and a small round thing.- It would be nice if there was a sauce station or some bottles at the table so you can try whatever you want. I realize sauces aren't free so I would pad the meal a dollar or whatever to offset the cost.- I work in marketing and generally tell clients who respond to reviews to maintain a positive tone, even if the customer is wrong, because fighting with them never works in your favor. I don't know if I'd come back just because of some of the replies here if I'm being honest.
If you're hungry for barbecue, don't go here, they're gonna tell you they don't have it. I can't tell you how many times I'm gone there to get something, and I'm just told no. This place is an absolute waste of time!

WOW! This is the place for BBQ! We were shocked that it wasn’t busy for a Saturday evening, because it is *that good*. The service was friendly, polite and fast. Restaurant is IMPECCABLY clean and neat. Portions were ample and a great value for the cost. Sauces were super tasty, too. My husband loved his pulled chicken and says it beats our local bbq stop in Maryland. Two suggestions- the Mac and Cheese was fine but a bit dry (probably because it’s smoked), we were expecting it to be a bit creamier in texture- but still had great flavor! And secondly, consider adding a “loaded baked potato” to your menu… Overall, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ll be back when we’re in town!
